Weston AutoNation Toyota exceeded my expectations by providing the best experience and business deal for my new 2025 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport. Omar went above and beyond not giving up and getting the car I was looking for. When I went to dealer the first time, the car was not ideal for the payments I was looking for, but when I left, Omar, my salesperson did not give up and he was able to build and put my truck together with the specs I like and just what I needed to get my payments down where I want it. Omar quote me and told me that the truck come in 13 days. The truck took 13 days to arrive at the dealer, when I expected, it meet all my expectations. Wow! I have the XLE with extras like the automatic tailgate left it really comes in handy. My Toyota Cross is fun to drive, handles well; and it is very quiet. I love the feel of the steering wheel as I go around the curve. There are lots of buttons and I haven’t had the time to figure out everything once I do it should be really easy as everything is within easy reach. There is a slight hesitation when you do a quick acceleration pulling into traffic I think that’s going to be a matter of getting used to. The sad mirrors are great. Easy to tell if something is beside of you and it sounds an alarm when there is a car next to you. If you have trouble getting in and out of cars, it is very easy to get in and out of and you sit up high so you can see traffic better. I do wish it had an engine cover and the hood fire blanket, I am planning to purchase that extra. I highly recommend the Toyota Corolla, Cross, or any other Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

we recently purchased a vehicle from Pembroke Pines Lexus and had mostly a positive experience. Our salesperson Mike was absolutely -professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He made us feel comfortable throughout the process and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever being pushy. His customer service was top-notch and truly made the experience enjoyable. However, we were disappointed with our experience in the finance office. The representative we worked with came across as impatient and rushed, which made that part of the process feels stressful and uncomfortable. We expected a higher level of professionalism and courtesy, especially given the otherwise excellent service from Mike and the rest of the dealership staff. Overall, we are happy with our vehicle and very appreciative of Mike’s help

Their customer service is just wow! I unfortunately couldn’t purchase the car same day but the service I received was unlike any other.
