The car has been great. It is not “beefy” if you are looking for a rugged SUV, but it has the performance for gentle off road trails/country driveways. It is very comfortable, and gas mileage around 30mpg. The interior space is good, not a ton of leg room in the back seat, but for my wife and I, and the dog kennel in the back, it is ideal. From a cost perspective, we couldn’t be happier. It was well within budget and we feel the bang for our buck is tops and it’s a Toyota so I’ll be able to write another review at 300k miles.

I hate buying cars, but overall it was a good experience. The sales reps were professional and knowledgeable and found me the car that i wanted. The only glitch is that the first car that i signed a contract for was going to come from a different dealer in less than a week. For some reason, I was called several days later that the car fell through and was not available. They did find me the exact same car within the next 30 days and honored the original contract to include the trade in value of my Nissan Armada.

Friendly service, knowledgeable, work done well. I would have them service my Mercedes in the future.

About two weeks ago, I found a Lexus RC 350 at CarGurus and I stopped by for some window shopping and ran into Lou, who was helping another customer at the time. The price was competitive, the financing was lightning quick. They washed it while I was signing and I was out of there in under an hour. They even drove me to turn in my rental car so I could just drive my new car home and surprise the family. First class business.

The experience was good. The sales lady called me immediately and sent video of the truck since there were no pictures on line. I made the request Saturday night Amarie called me Monday morning I went in to view the truck and did a test drive on Tuesday and made the purchase.
