Got it new with huge discount,,vehicle is overpriced if you pay close to MSRP would not recommend noisy tires,,hard seats not comfy...ride of suspension is excellent and soft tires and strong front end very good but not much to pick from for interior colors. Size is ok sits up high I have not gone over any bumps or pot holes. Just smooth roads.

The only thing is that I had to wait for a long time for the finance person, but they are reliable and I do recommend them!

It is a very high demand car and I had been searching over a month to find a reasonable price from multiple dealers across California. I RATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE A 3 THE HIGHEST. THE REPRESENTATIVE MARILYNN WAS NICE, BUT RUDE. SHE STATED I NEEDED ALL 4 OF MY TIRE SENSORS CHANGED AND WHEN I TOLD HER I ALREADY HAD THE 2 BACK ONE CHANGED, SHE STATED, WELL THEY ARE FAULTY, THE COMPANY GAVE YOU BAD SENSORS. I FELT AS A BUSINESS THAT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF HER TO SAY BAD THING ABOUT ANOTHER COMPANY. WHEN I WAS ALREADY TOLD IT IS ONLY MY 2 FRONT SENSORS THAT NEEDED TO BE CHANGED. I KNOW YOUR BUSINESS MAYBE SHORT OF MONEY, BUT TO TELL A CUSTOMER BAD ALLEGATIONS ABOUT ANOTHER BUSINESS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS. I HAVE DEALT WITH BUENA PARK TOYOTA FOR MANY YEARS AND NEVER HAD BAD EXPERIENCE LIKE I DID WITH HER. SHE IS TOO PUSHY TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS TO TRY AND GET A SELL, AND AT THIS POINT I DON'T THINK I WILL COME BACK. IF A CUSTOMER IS TELLING YOU ALL THEY WANT IS AN OIL CHANGE, LEAVE IT AT THAT AND JUST TELL THEM WHAT THE MECHANIC STATED AND NOT TRY AND FORCE THEM INTO DOING ANYTHING THEY ALREADY TOLD YOU MORE THAN TWICE THEY WASN'T GOING TO DO ON THAT DATE. WHEN I LEFT THERE ON MONDAY, JULY 22, 2025 AT 907AM. I WAS VERY UPSET WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICES I RECIEVED.
