Got it new with huge discount,,vehicle is overpriced if you pay close to MSRP would not recommend noisy tires,,hard seats not comfy...ride of suspension is excellent and soft tires and strong front end very good but not much to pick from for interior colors. Size is ok sits up high I have not gone over any bumps or pot holes. Just smooth roads.

Beneet was excellent. I had a flat tire and she was able to fit me in that morning for a repair. Repair was fast and efficient. Great service. Wonderful place.

My wife and I bought our car from Ourisman's Gordy Mueller a little over 2 years ago; we tend to follow Gordy from dealership to dealership because we trust his judgement in helping us select our cars and seeing that the dealership handles maintenance and services for us in a good fashion. Our most recent experience with servicing was a little over 2 months ago. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy and the handling of the actual service was completed very quickly. I purchased my 2017 RAV4 in 2021 as a certified used car with very low mileage from Toyota of Bowie. Everything went very well with financing to fit my budget. Everyone at this dealership has been wonderful. My only issue is the fact that dealership maintenance is way too expensive, even for routine maintenance. There is always something that ?needs? to be done even on regular maintenance on a well-maintained vehicle! Unfortunately, I believe that is the case for all dealerships. I at least appreciate that my car has been well-maintained and the employees are wonderful people who explain things well. The facilities are clean and comfortable (if you have to wait). Since I live nearby, the dealership offers me rides to and from for drop-offs and pick-ups. The shuttle service is great! However, when an Uber is needed, it doesn?t always go as well :(
