Got it new with huge discount,,vehicle is overpriced if you pay close to MSRP would not recommend noisy tires,,hard seats not comfy...ride of suspension is excellent and soft tires and strong front end very good but not much to pick from for interior colors. Size is ok sits up high I have not gone over any bumps or pot holes. Just smooth roads.

Manager Mo,and salesperson Dave G,were awesome,what a dynamic duo.Sort like Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig,they're killers when it comes to selling.Out of the park!!! vaya

Esteban Diaz was our salesman and he was wonderful. He was friendly, went above and beyond, and very nice to talk to. Alex Shin, Tom Cruz, Magdy all ensured we got the best deal on our vehicle and were amazing. We were having trouble with some paper work so Gregory Hammann stepped in and explained to us in great detail how to finish up our paperwork properly without raising red flags and preventing us from buying since we live out of state. Khamnei Alireza finished up our paperwork and was so wonderful as well. Stopped by the Toyota Dealership in Cerritos to test drive a 2025 Prius. I had earlier placed an appointment with Valeria Sanchez over the phone and then met her in person, she gave my family and me a more than stellar welcome. Managed to go on a smooth test drive and was later assisted by Moe who filled in for Valeria to complete negotiations of the car. After a lot of back and forth I managed to get a decent deal. In the end it is a car dealership and you should know what to expect but this time around was nice as everyone was very accommodating.

Esteban was courteous, knowledgeable & a pleasure to work with for what is a process I don’t enjoy. I do not like the attempt to slip in a warranty then the continual high pressure selling of that.

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

Dustin DeLeon is a man of his word and he provided me with the best customer service. I took my car in with an unknown electrical problem and he put his best Master Tech on it. It took them a couple days to track the problem and they solved the issue for the original price discussed. Because of Dustin I will buy all my future Toyotas from Larry H. Miller Toyota.
