Went to Copeland to look at a used Toyota Tundra. They had the vehicle as advertised ready for me. The salesman Matthew was excellent. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

The most professional auto service I have ever witnessed. Finished in less time then was quoted. Actually watched the tech do the service. He checked the entire truck from top to bottom. Very happy with the shop.

Got it new with huge discount,,vehicle is overpriced if you pay close to MSRP would not recommend noisy tires,,hard seats not comfy...ride of suspension is excellent and soft tires and strong front end very good but not much to pick from for interior colors. Size is ok sits up high I have not gone over any bumps or pot holes. Just smooth roads.

I bought a '17 Toyota Tacoma from Brian Olson back in November. In the past I have always had awful experiences with car dealers and sales people. They had taken advantage of my fiance and I , talking about prices and payments before we even saw the car physically. Then we had gone to route 44 Toyota and dealt with Brian. First thing he did was show us our options before talking about money. He took us on a test drive and was just all around awesome and informative. I trusted what he was telling us. He was amazing and I will never buy another car from anyone else. We left the lot feeling good about our decision. Rather than line his pockets with commission he got us the best possible deal. The dealership is newer, it is clean, it is local and it is convenient to highway access. Low pressure salesman Anthony took care of me and was by far the easiest salesman I dealt with out of the several I shopped with during my search to purchase a vehicle.

I went to this dealership, me and my wife, as we went in we were greeted by Alex a sales man. H was unbelievable nice and polite, and no hassel at all, he was so open and offered solutions to my financial needs. If you want to buya car go to this dealer and asked for Alex. The reason I didn't give five stars, is because the sales management made some mistakes with paperwork.

Mr Pereira handled my concern with respect, professionalism and the utmost concern about my vehicle. He would call me often informing me of the status of the work, prices and other concerns he had.
