I couldn’t be happier about my experience buying a used Toyota from Big Two. The car was as represented on the internet. The price was really the price, no hidden extra charges, fees for cleaning it etc... Randi was personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The attention given to me while waiting for the paperwork and prep was appreciated although the wait was less than I have experienced at other dealers.

He was not out to simply make a sale, he helped to make the best decision for me. I called to inquire about a used vehicle and spoke to Eddie K. Eddie was honest about the condition of the vehicle and suggested there may be a better option out there. Eddie went the extra step and called a former coworker at Honda Chandler. He connected me with Rodney at Honda Chandler who helped me find the exact vehicle we wanted. We were so pleased by the experience and truly appreciate Eddie?s transparency and willingness to satisfy us as customers even though he did not benefit from the sale.

Price was fair but they did not include the title and taxes in the listing price which would have been helpful. Also, they tried to charge me $1,200 for spiffing up the car but when I took it to my shop, they found that the air filter was filthy. They had said they changed it.
