Kevin Nguyen was pleasant, considerate, and very, very knowledgable about the Prius we purchased. It was extremely important to him that I (the primary person to drive the Prius) felt comfortable with the car, explaining as much as my brain could take in at one time. He not only sent me a tutorial but offered to help me in person at any time in the future. Mr. Reilly did his best to make us feel comfortable and was clear about our options for extra purchases. The finance manager (Nathan Casillas, I believe) did his job well, meaning he was quick and efficient and did everything possible to convince us to buy a warrantee. That was exhausting.

This car saved me today from a car accident. I fell asleep behind the wheel and the alarm system woke me up when I got too close to the car in front of me. I had just enough time to break. This system can save a life. I am so thankful for who designed this car. Fabulous work. Very reliable, elegant, fun to drive.

This car meets all my needs. It’s sporty , but also practical. Enough leg room for driver and passenger. Runs smooth and quiet. Display is very informative and easy to navigate. Comfortable seats.

Every single issue was handled promptly and professionally, leaving me with a car that feels brand new. Shoutout to Elvis in the service department! Not only did he remember my name when I returned, but he also ensured I had a free loaner car anytime my vehicle needed to stay overnight. The customer service I’ve received from him and the entire CarMax team has been nothing short of exceptional. This entire process has been so seamless that I can confidently say CarMax will be my first stop the next time I’m in the market for a car. I’ve purchased brand-new vehicles before and never felt this satisfied. CarMax has raised the bar for what car buying and ownership should feel like. I was looking for a smaller car with great gas mileage. I traded in a 2015 Buick Encore. The Toyota is exactly what I was looking for, I get on average over 40 mpg per tank of gas, which is almost what my Mom gets on her 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid. The car out manuevers the Buick by a ton, more reliable, comfortable, smooth ride with just enough tech stuff and space. I have had 2 other Toyota’s in the past and have been waiting to get another one for years.
