This testimonial is well over due! My experience started almost 15 years ago as a little kid seeing my parents come home with a new car, from Tom Pappas Toyota of course. I never understood why they???ve bought approximately 4-5 cars from Pappas until it was my turn to buy as a 18 year old teenager ready to make my first major purchase. I of course had to use Mark Garner because well, that???s who my parents trusted and referred. I bought a 2009 Scion tC, which meant no way to negotiate which meant pure pricing back then! I???ve had my ups and downs with my tc, bought her July 3, 2008. lets fast forward and talk about what seemed to me a very simple recall, regarding my car burning through a ton of oil, not good with cars but that???s the English version. I remember calling Chris Banks in a panic because my car was driving very ???rocky???. Of course he knew about the recall, told me to drive it up to so many miles so they can track the consumption per Toyota to figure out my issue. I drove away, got 1 minute away and freaked out! Called Chris and he said please come back and go from there. He was so good with keeping me calm and explaining the issues. Come to find out I almost blew a rod, what ever that meant, found out could have destroyed my engine and my car would essentially be non drivable. Chris immediately put me in a loaner and said he would look at her in more depth. Make a long story short, the oil piston recall if I???m using correct terms resulted in the damage. The damage would cost me roughly $7,000 in repairs including labor and rental. I was in no state of mind to drop that kind of money, she???s been paid off for roughly 2 years at this time. Oh and she unfortunely was not worth $7,000. This is where Kyle, Chris, myself and the Vice President which I believe was Tom Pappas son had a private conversation with how we were going to resolve this unepected surprise. Most dealerships would hand me the 1-800 number and say take it up with Toyota, because it???s a Toyota recall, not the dealerships issue. When I say this dealership went above and beyond, that would be an understatement. My out of pocket expense cost me nothing, they figured out the repair cost directly with Toyota! I remember Kyle calling me with the news and I was so happy and appreciative! They easily could have started the whole conversation with buying a new car but they didn???t. They recognized the many many years of loyalty myself and my parents had to Tom Pappas! I tell this story to a lot of people when buying/servicing their vehicle to go straight to Tom Pappas! Tom Pappas I really hope you recognize your team, I???ve never had any negative experience with any of your staff members. Do I have my go to favorites, well of course! Without those people, who knows what kind of car I???d be driving or how much debt I???d be in! As much as I???m dreading buying a new car, I just can???t listen to other people recommending dealerships and sales people to me. I laugh and smile and respond with telling them I have my people and place to buy my next car! Biggest shout out to Mark Garner who I bought my first car from, Chris banks who is always there to answer my silly odd questions and of course goes above and beyond without question, to Kyle who is service supervisor who went to battle with Toyota regarding my major car repair, to the Vice President at the time, I???m sorry I don???t recall his name, young fella who was extremely helpful as well! If this doesn???t pursue you to go to any other dealership, I don???t know what else would! Allyson Ramseyer

The car suites my needs but comes up short in some areas. There is no leg room in the back seat. In order to make more room the front seat has to be pulled up. This shortens the leg room for the front seat passenger and puts the driver too close to the steering wheel. The trunk space is too small. The owners manual is not clear in some places.

I was really blown away by my car buying experience at Pappas Toyota. I was in the market for at particular make and model of vehicle which Pappas had on their lot. Mark Garner was great to work with. He was very responsive through text message, phone and email. Mark was also very honest/ up-front with me about where Pappas was on price. The experience was quite pleasant and I never once had the sense that number games were being played with me as I have experienced in other St. Louis area dealerships with whom I had been working while I was looking for my vehicle. That aspect of the experience was perhaps the most refreshing. Given the distance of my home from the dealership, much of my discussions with Mark took place before I set foot on the lot. Mark made it very easy for me throughout. After we reached an agreement on price and I provided a deposit, I came to Pappas to test drive before I completed the purchase. Mark had the vehicle started, warmed up (it was a very cold morning and ready to go. Again, Mark was very professional throughout the entire experience. Then, I dealt with Nick Yuede, the Pappas Finance Manager who was equally professional and made the financing part of the experience painless explaining to me all of my options. Again I was extremely happy with this level of service. Although the vehicle I purchased was not a Toyota, I do drive a Toyota Sienna and I definitely plan to return to Pappas when I am looking for my next Toyota even though there are two other Toyota dealerships closer to my home. Again, I can't say enough about the overall experience at Pappas. I had been looking/ shopping for my car for some time and been in quite a few dealerships and was frankly tired of the more typical car dealer experience which I did not at all get in my dealings with Mark Garner & Nick Yuede at Pappas. Keep up the great work!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This car is awesome!! I have always respected the Corolla for its mpg and reliability but always thought of it as too generic. Then they brought the hatch back!!! This car has all of Toyota's Safety Sense options, gets 40+mpg, and is surprisingly quick and sporty. Looking forward to many years of driving enjoyment!! Get you one!!!

Last Saturday I bought a 2017 Highlander from Weiss Toyota... it was really a fantastic car buying experience! I wasn't expecting the buying process to be smooth and pressure free experience. Most of the times, the car buying process is something many people hate to go through. This time with Weiss Toyota the buying process was easy and breeze! I started to communicate with Monte Hall (sale Person) several days in advance of the walk in visit via e-mails and texts to get the designated vehicle's specifications. in one of the e-mails Monte told me: "if you're buying a new car please give me a chance", and I did give Monte a chance and I am happy that I did. Eventually, Last Saturday I walked in and greeted by Monte Hall which was followed by showing me the car that I was making inquiry about. From the get go the buying process was transparent, friendly, and professional. Me and Monte went back and forth with James Leinauer (Sale Manager) to get the final agreeable purchase price. All I can say is to thank both Monte and James for their professionalism and patiently handling of my counter offers. the purchasing process can't be any better. Eventually, I would like to thank Mike Cross (Financial) for his professional handling of the paperwork's. If you're looking for new vehicle, I am really recommending you to see Monte Hall at Weiss Toyota first before you make the final decision to buy another car. The negotiated price is really reasonable and the lowest I could get. Finally, I couldn't have been happier with a low pressure, hassle free of car buying experience.
