All around great, quick experience

We needed a new family vehicle that we could rely on over the next several years, that also has great mileage for my husband's daily drive to Portland. Howard Rice was the sales rep that helped us out. He knew the answer to every question we had, listened to our concerns for each and paid attention to what we needed and what we could afford. We decided on the 2018 Highlander, which has everything we wanted, plus some. Basically, my dream car. Great mileage, lots of room, heated seats, moon roof, bucket seats in the middle row, EVERYTHING I've ever wanted. It has a great warranty package, along with the typical car services included for the next couple years at Royal Moore. We did a quick test drive and fell in love, but we weren't sure if it was in our price range. Howard had a few other co-workers run the numbers to see what we could get for our trade in vehicle, interest, etc. and it all worked out oh so well. We decided to go with a lease, so we could either trade it in for different vehicle in a few years if we choose so, or buy it at a spectacular price. We were dreading the whole buying a new car process because other dealerships/sales reps have been so pushy, and unwilling to help with what WE needed, rather than what they tried to force us to get. We were only there for about 5 hours total, which again, is unheard of for the car buying process. I know this because of past experiences, and everyone that has asked about it was amazed at how quick and smooth it all went. I never thought I could have a brand new car like a Highlander, but thanks to Howard and Royal Moore, we were able to purchase my dream vehicle that we will more than likely have for years. I highly recommend this dealership, but even more so, highly recommend the support of Howard Rice. Thank you all for making this such a joyful (not dreadful) experience for us! I will surely pass this information along to anyone in the future that is looking to purchase a vehicle.
