I just purchased my new RDX yesterday and I am very pleased with it. I drove 2 hours to Rosenthal Acura to get my car. It was a hectic drive, but well worth the trip! I can???t say enough about this dealership. My salesman, Alan Eden was so helpful and such a pleasure to work with. He is a true professional. He did everything he could do to make this a great, smooth transaction. Even though we have so far to travel to get there, I would highly recommend this dealership. I really love my car! Thank you Alan Eden for everything you did for us!
Just purchased Toyota Sienna from Crown. Checked it with our mechanic and he approves the purchase.. The staff is professional and process easy.. We do recommend the company to all customers shopping for used cars..
Other than the couple of drives to Arlington from Stephens City I had a good experience. First impression was it was a small lot with little parking. They had a totally full lot! I had made an appointment to see the vehicle and it was clean and ready. We did a walk through of the unit in and out. There were a few issues and they told me they would take care of those things. I told them I'd return the following weekend to buy the unit. Pretty normal stuff really if you buy used cars....Here is the reason I bought from these guys......I went through a three month search for a Suburban with the least miles and latest year model for the least money.....I went to many dealers within a seventy five mile radius and honestly it was a bad experience as the majority of guys we talked to really didn't care if we bought or not. One guy was drinking coffee and threw me the keys and told me where to find it on the lot. I was tired of all the salesmen who where indifferent and uncaring. I get to Eagle and it was..."you are the boss Sir, tell us what you want and we'll make it happen. They did everything they said they'd do and more. They were busy to the max and they busted their tails working hard for me and everyone else. Compared to the large dealerships they were unsurpassed. Eager and honest. They won by business with integrity. I didn't haggle on pricing as they had the unit priced fairly and because they were eager to work on the "punch list" that we put together I didn't want to cut into their margin too badly. I got a good, fair deal. I am happy with the unit and it runs great. I just need to sell my 05 Suburban now to make my wife happy. Try these guys out!

Skylar was our salesman, what a nice, courteous young man and very helpful. Jason Vaughn, the manager, he was very courteous as well and answered all our questions. We bought a car from this dealership 2008 and we were very pleased with the whole process and the car was a great car. We decided to revisit this dealership and were once again, very pleased. I worked with Elie Gerdak and he was a pleasure to work with. From start to finish it was a breeze. He was extremely knowledgeable about all things Porsche. I???ve owned Porsche???s for almost 25 years and never had this level of service by my local dealer. I had to drive over an hour to get to Porsche Arlington but it was worth the experience.
Got a great deal from this dealership for my daughter ! Not sure what all these people are complaining about. The NO PRESSURE sales technique is awesome as you don't have some peaty salesman bothering you the whole time. 6 HUGE STARS !
I worked with Louis Ohaka. He was a great sales person and gave me a great deal. The only obstacle was the wait for financing, but that was not Mr. Ohaka's fault. I would recommended buying a car from Mr. Ohaka.
My Jaguar came from another dealer. This was its first service and I was concerned about servicing at a different dealer. I was delighted to find the service advisor, Joe Simoules, took time to explain the Jaguar warranty and service programs and provided advice on a few use items. Everyone there was welcoming and helpful.
