From my very first phone call to ask about the availability of the Ford Explorer ST, Gabe Irizzary, my salesperson, was helpful, professional, and honest. If he did not immediately have the answer to one of my questions, he did not make something up. He reached out to his manager, got the correct information, and quickly followed up with me. His manager, Gus Andrade, also reached out, and I truly appreciated their transparency. They provided me with the out-the-door price for a Maryland resident without hesitation, which was one of the main reasons I decided to drive over 90 minutes the next day to see the Explorer in person. Once I arrived, Gabe took me on a test drive, and the great customer service continued. During the paperwork process, Gabe noticed there was a small chip in the windshield and immediately brought it to my attention. Even though Gus was out that day, Gabe spoke with a manager and assured me that the issue would be taken care of. People often tell me that I am too trusting, but I believed them — and they proved me right. True to their word, Gus arranged for someone to come to my home and replace the windshield with a Ford windshield, not an aftermarket one. That meant a lot to me. Thank you to Gabe and Gus at Sheehy Ford in Warrenton, VA, for your customer service, transparency, and for honoring your promise. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them, and I would gladly refer my family and friends as well.
2011 Toyota FJ Cruiser review
I've owned this FJ for 8 years, and had a 2007 FJ before this one. I absolutely LOVE this vehicle. It's been amazingly sound without any problems. All it has needed has been regular maintenance and eventual tire and battery replacements, due to regular use. It breaks my heart to part with my friend, though my needs have changed and must do so.

2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser review
If you're considering an FJ Cruiser: CHECK THE UNDERCARRIAGE! Frame rot is way more common than you think/know. Bought a 2008 2 years ago, still have 2 years payments left - garage informed me it will NEVER pass inspection again, frame is rusted beyond saving. Can't even sell for scrap/parts because the bank still holds the title. Shame, I love this car.

2009 Toyota FJ Cruiser review
This car has met then exceeded my expectations, and then some! It's mind boggling. If you don't like the FJ's design, change it? It has more options than Jeeps these days, and it's appreciating in value!! PEOPLE WANT THEM! Why? Because they rock, they're reliable, easy to work on, can go anywhere, and you can personalize it for what you want or need! If you're in the market look into an FJ, just be prepared to fork over more money than you'd expect and "high miles" are a relative term with these beasts. Think 12-15K miles / year or less for the age, and under means that you're probably getting a steal. Also, KBB is a hard judge, especially if they're completely stock. From commuting, to off roading, river crossing, pulling people out of ditches, and jeeps out of mud holes, this thing can do it all.

2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser review
I had a fee Jeeps and loved them but honestly the newer ones I had with more bells and whistles the more I had issues. Yes, this is a given with more gadgets comes more problems but to have multiple issues from a quality and reliability standpoint and charging more is unacceptable. I decided to try my hand with Toyota and found a great deal on a 2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser. I'm old school and love the utilitarian style of it. No frills for the most part but modern day safety with Toyota reliability. So far I absolutely love this vehicle!!! Yes, gas mileage is about 16-17 average and it has blind spots that could hide an elephant. So what? This is a true SUV at heart and fits my needs to a T. My daughter lives the suicide doors and climbs in and out with ease. The look on her face when she rides in it is worth it no matter what! If she's a fan, I'm a fan. Bill J

My FJ Cruiser is basically a second vehicle to use on the weekends in the mountains, and also an extra 4wd vehicle to have during the winter months. The one I purchased has every mod that I would have done myself. Lift kit, off road tires/rims, aftermarket stereo.

2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser review
I bought my 07 FJ with 100k miles on it. Great drivetrain, and am looking forward to it performing in the mountains of PA this winter. Already looking for a second one. Only issue, there was strange frame rusting in front and rear but nothing that a few hundred $ couldn't fix. I've talked to people who can't believe that Toyota stopped making these beasts! Hahaha. I'm one of them.

2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser review
By many standards this is NOT a good car. It has MASSIVE blind spots, questionable gas milage, and offers all the driving discomforts of a jeep wrangler. But what this vehicle has that a jeep wrangler hasn't had in decades is character. What a special little SUV this thing is. It has three windshield wipers, an almost completely waterproof interior, and unique retro styling. I just love the way both the interior and exterior look on this car. But the FJ Cruiser's unique features and characters aren't the only value it brings to the table. It of course demonstrates Toyotas famous reliability. This Car is almost indestructible. It also boasts and amazing off-road capability and ruggedness. Selling my FJ Cruiser was a MASSIVE mistake not only because of how much I miss it but also because they have almost doubled in value since I sold mine. 2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser review
I've owned many vehicles in my life, and the FJ Cruiser has been the most reliable, fun, and off-road capable vehicle amongst them all. Whether, the off-road comes to you: blizzard/snow, rain/floods, or you seek it in forests and trails, the FJ can handle it with ease. The rig is customization ready and the more modifications you do, the more capable the FJ will get. The performance of the FJ blows away rigs that cost 4 or 5 times as much. If you get a chance to buy this hard to find rig, jump on the opportunity, regardless of mileage. It's 4.0L V6, 5-Speed transmission are Toyota's most reliable and is also shared with the 4Runner. The body of the FJ shares a lot of components with the Land Cruiser and is built to last - 100% Japanese made.

2011 Toyota FJ Cruiser review
Bought my 2011 FJ new, only have 94K on it now. I went to Big Bend and stopped in a gas station in Terlingua. There was 30 Jeeps there and every Jeep guy watch me gas up. I guess they all wish they had an FJ. Passed a woman driving a Jeep on the Ore Road Ttrail (Big Bend) she said she wished she had a FJ. Best buy I ever made, Hands Down. I call my FJ bullet proof.
