This was a very nice dealership with friendly and helpful staff. The salesman followed up with new regularly making sure I was still going for the vehicle. He had the vehicle ready and available for me to test drive. It was an easy purchase process. I greatly recommend using this dealership.

I'll start by telling you that I first went to the main sales floor at Wondries Toyota, and was helped by a sales consultant who said I was pre-qualified and yes we can do it. When it came to doing the #'s he called the Sales manager, he came in and was saying there were some issues with my credit and began trying to sell me the left over cars that no one wants. They pretty much didn't want to work with me. So I immediately left about 20 minutes into the conversation. Less than an hour later I get a call from Quang the fleet manager, I told him what they said to me and he replied "no worries, I can make it happen". And he sure did! Thanks Quang I got exactly what I wanted! I would recommend this place to anyone, the deal and everything was done in about 1.5 hr.

I was in the market for the new Sienna XSE with some upgrades and couldn't find what I was looking for. I was in contact with A LOT of dealerships and they were just awful. I finally called Longo and was able to reserve a Sienna XSE that was coming from the factory, with the package that we wanted. David Fearn was awesome, he was understanding and helpful. We had a lot of question due to our previous experience and he was more than happy to help us. When the vehicle arrived we were a little afraid it would be sold from under us but again David was understanding and reassured me it would not. So we were able to relax and come in on our day off. I believe we spent about an hour finalizing everything and then drove home in our new Sienna. Its was such a quick and amazing experience, I definitely recommend Longo to anyone looking for a new Toyota.

I have purchased two cars from this dealership. I’m a woman on my own and always feared the stigma of getting ripped off, but both times went flawlessly. Most recently, Daniel helped me and it truly felt more like getting together with an old friend rather than a business deal. I also really enjoyed working with Hassan who did the some of the paperwork for me. I truly love going there for maintenance also because literally everyone there is friendly. Great dealership but do not believe the hype on the Mirai! Often impossible to get fuel in the San Gabriel Area. Stations are off line more often than not. It is like living during the oil embargo of the 70's with no end in sight. Spend hours looking for a station, you find one online and wait for another hour, only to experience a mechanical issue. Great car just can't drive it.
