New and used 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander SUVs for sale near Winter Garden, FL

There are enough words to describe how truly wonderful Jack Jackson is. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical “pushy” used car salesman. We visited another Toyota dealership in Orlando and encountered just that. They had the exact car that I was looking for but I wasn’t comfortable with the high pressure atmosphere. We left and ventured to Phillips Toyota in Leesburg and were very blessed to meet Jack. He was kind, funny-which I desperately needed as the car purchase was not desired rather due to an accident, and most importantly he came off as being very honest and acted with integrity which was far different from the last encounter. Some hold the belief that purchases are a result of the salesperson and not the product. True. True. True. I truthfully preferred the car at the Orlando dearlership, a Prius C (smaller version and easier to park for me) versus the traditional Prius available at Jack’s location. Jack himself had everything to do with my decision. My parents were visiting from Colorado and we just connected with him. I truly view him as a friend and give him my highest recommendation. Seems like most of the team that shows the car and rides along for the test drive struggle with their English. I had to ask them to repeat their question or comment on a number of occasions to understand what they were trying to ask/say. When first inquiring about the car it was still in the build phase, and someone had already purchased it. I gave them my number and asked them to contact me if the deal fell through. I started receiving random calls from the dealer about service specials and trade in opportunities but nothing about the car. Next thing you know the car was sitting on the lot and available. No phone message about the car's availability was provided. It was persistence on my part that resulted in a purchase. Car purchasing is a painful process.

Worked on a used car deal remotely with them and it was refreshing to work with people who didn't play games with numbers or lure you in the door with artificially low prices then tack on a bunch of made-up fees. When i arrived to do the deal, I found the vehicle to be super-clean and well-prepared for delivery and they were set to honor the trade-in value we'd discussed. I only didn't purchase because I got cold feet (trading in a low-mileage Lexus for used BMW worried me). Too bad, they were good to deal with.

Just purchased a 2024 Highlander with just 1500 miles was in great shape and so happy we find the car we wanted.Our salesman Antonio was excellent patient and showed us many choices.He was a gentleman and very polite would recommend him any time.

They finished within the hour after coming in as they opened. The technician sent me videos of what they serviced and the service advisor kept me up to date with the status of my car. I was also able to get my work day started in their movie theater which was pretty cool and cozy.

We first contacted Phillips Toyota by email to see if they still had a Grand Highlander Hybrid in stock that we could test drive. We were contacted within a half hour & set up a time to make the 90 minute drive to test drive a vehicle. And after making the trip and test driving the vehicle, they were able to find an incoming vehicle (30-45 days) that matched our requirements. We are excitedly awaiting its arrival!!

I came in for service to my 2022 4runner, met George Bonafede and began talking about the new 2025 4runner, he showed me the numbers where I could trade my 2022 and get a 2025 for less than I was paying for my 2022, I went for it, George was polite, professional and I never felt pressured, in the end I go a new 2025 4runner and the transition was made easy by Mr Patdo in financing, Mr Bonafede and Pardo gets a thumbs up for a great job.👍
