I bought a brand new Toyota Highlander platinum hybrid, 2022. I’ve owned Mercedes and a whole bunch of other cars but the noise from this literally hurts my ears. Really sucks because I wanted to keep this car forever but now I wanna get rid of it because the low bassy vibration is absolutely terrible. I have seen some people talking about a foot to radiator seal, hoping that might help. I want to fix this but its some serious xxxxxxxx. I like bass but this suckd toyota… 😢

My 2022 Highlander is a great car. It is very roomy and comfortable with a lot of safety features. The back seat is very comfortable

I bought my 2022 Highlander SE in November 2021 when selections were limited. It was not my first pick after researching and not my preferred color. I financed outside of Toyota and received a much better interest rate and my credit union said I was paying more than a reasonable price. But I was desperate and needed to new vehicle. I will see if the resale value keeps up with current value. So far it has performed well with a slight exception for the all wheel disk brakes. Sometimes I hear noises from the rear when backing out of my driveway when applying brake pressure. Also braking while driving seems a little soft and squirrelly. Just doesn’t feel quite right. The technology options are too numerous to mention and still learning but love the blind spot notification features. Fuel mileage is good compared to my V8 but performance is lacking even with sport drive feature selected. And in reference to one of the other reviews, the console storage is deep but too narrow. Overall I am enjoying my Highlander very much. I haven’t made a road trip in it yet so we will see. I can say it is a great family vehicle for short trips around town where a lot of start stops occur.

I was here from CT to visit my mom in memory care. My driver’s side window fell into the door leaving me with a triangle of glass sticking out. Upon arrival, Renaldo, greeted me and talked to the supervisor who said it needed a part that they had to order and wouldn’t be ready today. I needed to drive home today for work tomorrow. As I was about to leave, Joe, walked out of the service garage and said “let me see what I can do”. 15 mins later my car came out and the window was fixed!! He said some bolts were loose and he was able to fix it! He’s my hero! I thought I was going to drive 3 hours back home with a broken window. Thank you to North Shore Honda in Glen Head (my hometown), Renaldo for his kindness and especially to Joe for stopping me from leaving and going above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much!! This is by far the best dealership experience I have ever had. I’m 67. I purchased my Z at this dealership. I traveled from Maine because of the ratings, the deal and the treatment I got over the phone and in person. #### Customer Feedback on Service Experience I recently took my Range Rover Sport in for some recall work, and I was warmly welcomed with smiles as soon as I arrived. Mike did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done and kept me updated throughout the process via text, which I appreciated. I even received a video of the final inspection, detailing everything that was completed and highlighting other areas of concern. Additionally, the young ladies at the service reception made the pick-up and drop-off of my loaner vehicle quick and effortless. **Outstanding service!**

Granted, I haven't actually purchased the vehicle yet, but I've had a very good experience working with Crestmont Toyota so far. They contacted me almost immediately upon receiving my inquiry, and have been very helpful so far. One thing that I really appreciate is we've communicated entirely by email and text -- due to my job, I can't really take personal calls during the workday.
