Used 2023 Toyota Highlander for sale near Garden Ridge, TX

Overall very good. People are friendly and polite. Everyone is knowledgeable about their products. The dealership is very clean. I will definitely return for future service.

Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

It has a lot of road noise and the low profile tires makes feel like you're running on flats you feel everything I'm not happy at all it's nothing like my 2015 highlander no compassion at all!

I waited months, purposely, before writing this review. When I initially bought the car, I was scared because the reviews made it seem as if I made the worst mistake of my life. 6 months, 7000 miles later, the car running great. In the beginning, there was the weird shifting and lag but as time went on, around 5000 miles it had mostly smoothed out. After I took it for the TSB/Recall for a software update, it has been running perfectly since, no lag or strange shifting at all. I haven’t had any trouble otherwise. It’s roomy and comfortable for long trips. The third row is really for short trips(no more than 1hr 1/2) and for people 5’8 and under. The MPG excels on the highway especially on ECO mode with cruise control. I’ve gotten it as high as 33/34 mpg at 70mph on relatively flat land. In the city, it does terrible. I average around 17-19 even with slowly accelerations. My DTE is 290-310miles, 95% City driving. I’m sure those who use it on the highway will reach much higher. Despite the new 4 Cylinder Turbo, it has quite a bit of power and was able to take off very fast with a car loaded with adults (even in the third row). As of right now, the engine has been nothing but reliable. If anything changes, I’ll surely come back and edit this review. But for now, this 23 Highlander Limited Non-Hybrid, is a fantastic mid-size SUV and I recommend it now with the software update taking care of the shifting problem.

We own a 2.4 Turbo XSE, has plenty of power to get you in and out of traffic. Just took a 10 hour road trip from NC through the mountains of VA & WV, performed like a champ up steep inclines and ride was very comfortable. We really like the captain chairs, easy to get passengers (inlaws) in and out. Had plenty of room for a wheelchair with 3rd row folded down. Really like the sporty look of Highlander. The 20" black rims compliment the look for me. I wish Toyota would've designed with dual exhaust to better enhance the design.

Have had 2 Toyota Rav Limiteds and they were great. Decided to go with something a little bigger this time so got a preowned 2023 Highlander Limited. Love the ride, quieter than the Rav 4 and definitely more room. It’s only 3 inches wider, but 10 inches longer. Seems like the front area is quite a bit bigger than the Rav. Great purchase!

This was my first time buying a car out of state and John Reyes made it as smooth as possible. He was always answering my (many) questions in a very timely manner and there were no hidden costs or fees. I had an issue with the shipping company, but that is a 3rd party which shipped my car from Texas to California so that is not his fault. He also said I would not need to go to the DMV, but that was not quite true (I had to go once for a VIN verification appointment). Assuming he did not know that, I would say this was an overall good buying experience, especially for my first out of state purchase. Overall would recommend (again, my experience was completely online (out of state), John seems like a very nice guy and will answer all of your questions and give you a no-BS out the door price. I bought a 2023 Tundra TRD OR pickup this past weekend. I drove over 4 hours to make this purchase and everything from my first call to driving off the lot was remarkable! My salesman, Roger S was very personable and took the time to make sure everything was ready when I arrived. I was in and out in less than an hour and back on the road to head home. I bought the car, but it was $3,000 more than y’all had it listed. They said y’all had it priced incorrectly. The dealership refused to honor the price your company had it listed as. Very disappointing but I loved the car.

Since my car is serviced there, I have an excellent rapport with my service advisor, Joshua V. His friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor embodies what it means to provide top-notch customer service. Garrett returned to his home state of Minnesota so, Joshua recommended and introduced me to David Garza, Jr. Not only was J.R. professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, but he also has an infectious energy, a genuine warmth that radiates and a commitment to the satisfaction of the customer this visible in each smile and gesture. I had my heart set on a particular color. Unfortunately, it was not on site. J.R. introduced me to the Floor Manager, Cory Boswell, who searched for the Rav 4 color and upgrades I was looking for until he found exactly what I wanted.
