For the first time I can actually say that I enjoyed buying a car. Jess was amazing to work with and made the process painless. There was a small nick in the windshield of the truck we bought and she got it taken care of quickly. Would highly recommend, good deal, great salesperson.

Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

It has a lot of road noise and the low profile tires makes feel like you're running on flats you feel everything I'm not happy at all it's nothing like my 2015 highlander no compassion at all!

I waited months, purposely, before writing this review. When I initially bought the car, I was scared because the reviews made it seem as if I made the worst mistake of my life. 6 months, 7000 miles later, the car running great. In the beginning, there was the weird shifting and lag but as time went on, around 5000 miles it had mostly smoothed out. After I took it for the TSB/Recall for a software update, it has been running perfectly since, no lag or strange shifting at all. I haven’t had any trouble otherwise. It’s roomy and comfortable for long trips. The third row is really for short trips(no more than 1hr 1/2) and for people 5’8 and under. The MPG excels on the highway especially on ECO mode with cruise control. I’ve gotten it as high as 33/34 mpg at 70mph on relatively flat land. In the city, it does terrible. I average around 17-19 even with slowly accelerations. My DTE is 290-310miles, 95% City driving. I’m sure those who use it on the highway will reach much higher. Despite the new 4 Cylinder Turbo, it has quite a bit of power and was able to take off very fast with a car loaded with adults (even in the third row). As of right now, the engine has been nothing but reliable. If anything changes, I’ll surely come back and edit this review. But for now, this 23 Highlander Limited Non-Hybrid, is a fantastic mid-size SUV and I recommend it now with the software update taking care of the shifting problem.

We own a 2.4 Turbo XSE, has plenty of power to get you in and out of traffic. Just took a 10 hour road trip from NC through the mountains of VA & WV, performed like a champ up steep inclines and ride was very comfortable. We really like the captain chairs, easy to get passengers (inlaws) in and out. Had plenty of room for a wheelchair with 3rd row folded down. Really like the sporty look of Highlander. The 20" black rims compliment the look for me. I wish Toyota would've designed with dual exhaust to better enhance the design.

The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more! Have had 2 Toyota Rav Limiteds and they were great. Decided to go with something a little bigger this time so got a preowned 2023 Highlander Limited. Love the ride, quieter than the Rav 4 and definitely more room. It’s only 3 inches wider, but 10 inches longer. Seems like the front area is quite a bit bigger than the Rav. Great purchase!

Recently my wife and I took our leased Tacoma for routine maintenance as our lease was expiring in a few months. We wanted to be sure everything was in order. While waiting at the dealership, Toyota of Kent, we were checking out some of the new cars in the showroom. A salesperson, Ryk Shorten, asked if we had any questions. We explained that our current lease was up in a few months and let him know that we were shopping around for whatever would be next. He asked if we were interested in another truck lease. We were. He asked if the Tacoma has met our needs. We let him know that it had. Long story short we drove out of Toyota of Kent in a new leased Tacoma. Ryk was extremely helpful. No phony sales pitch. No hype or theatrics. Just honesty trying to understand completely or needs and price point. He was able to get us the deal WE wanted. Their finance office was incredibly easy to work with. And the Tacoma is incredible! We couldn't be happier with the entire experience! We walked away from the old lease, including the maintenance that had brought us there originally, without extra expenses. I highly recommend Kent of Toyota and Ryk Shorten. I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! Good service just an oil change. Told service guy I had a coupon before signing but wasn?t applied to bill. Had to go back and get readjusted. Not a big deal though.
