Based on past experiences, I hesitated to bring my truck back to AutoNation Toyota, despite having a warranty and maintenance package. However, I'm glad I did. Paul was great at checking me in, explaining my options and what my truck needs. Paul was communicative throughout the process and super helpful with my coupons. I may or may not come back, but at least I know Paul will give me the truth about what I need vs being told something is needed and is life or death.

The first Toyota Camry LE 2013 I got from Manhattan Beach Toyota, I loved & was happy with the help & service I got from the sales people, accounting & managers. On 2015 I sent my daughter to get Toyota Camry ES 2015, again I returned ha I to get Toyota Camry LE 2016 I am loyal to Manhattan Beach Toyoa for their service. I recently went around looking to buy my first car, which is an incredibly daunting experience, with all the cars out there, so many different dealers... but VW of DTLA made it so easy! My sales rep, Moh, was incredibly kind and showed me *all* the details about the car, including things I certainly would not have found myself. He stayed at the dealer until midnight with us when I was having issues with an authorization, and was there bright and early the next morning when I picked up the car. FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!!!!

Well from the time we walked on the lot we were shown a few cars, but I had my mind set on a couple already.. one was the Rav 4...I looked at others but kept going back to this one.. my husband and I talked and decided to get it..I have never bought a car off the lot but there is a 1st time for everything..I feel that it was a great deal..l love it..I go everywhere now lol..
