He was very attentive and was able to keep us in the information loop about about our Toyota and the needed steps to complete our purchase of the vehicle. He is a true asset to the St. Charles Toyota team. Also, Joe Mahoney, the Pre-Owned Manager and Darrick ​Darrick Wiseman, the Finance person were attentive and excellent. One of the best buying experiences in purchasing cars over the past 30 years.

Awesome straight forward people. Fast and straight to business. No hassle, I was in-n-out in no time driving my new car home. Fastest car-buying experience ever! I was there for only 2 hours!! Buying the vehicle was a great experience. Mr. Bob Pearson provided excellent service. He was very responsive, and the negotiation went smoothly. It was a slow process but the sales team was able to come to an agreement with me and my wife. I told them it was not simply matter of getting the best deal we could, but that we flexed as much as possible and that the dealership had to adjust to meet our financial parameters which they did. Otherwise we would not have been able to leave with the vehicle.

Jerry is a family friend, he was a great salesman and let me know everything I needed to know about the car that I bought. Everyone in the front, sales team, was also very nice and very helpful.

He is very patient in dealing with us seniors who can be technically challenged about some of the new car features on today's modern cars.
