Had a short window to repair vehicle. Reviewed ahead of time over the phone and the shop was able to get the work done, truck detailed, and cashed out ahead of schedule. Also utilized their shuttle service which was very accommodating and prompt.

We keep our cars for a long time so I looked long & hard and decided one the Highlander. I test drive it and thought it was the most comfortable & I loved all of the safety features!

Very disappointed bought top of line in model Platinum chrome but did not include automatic start or individual tire psi or specific low tire designation or automatic interior lighting when doors are open including rear hatch which at night is rediculous. Also the PCS I’m sure doesn’t work had a close call on rte 95 in South Carlolina and not so much as a waning tested it many times myself to see if I would at least get a Warning no such luck. Complained to the dealer and he said he tested it in Cruise control and since it wired in this mode the PCS IS OK . Didn’t convince me since I think there has to better way to check out the PCS especially when I had a bad experience with it but fortunately turned out fine because of my evasive action which still should have given me at least a warning because it was so close

It is a 7 seater which I need with a large family. We have grown children and they will fit in the third row. I love the dynamic cruise control and other safety features.

This suv would not be half bad except for the horrible wind noise front passenger. Toyota looked at it twice and won't admit there is excess wind much more fix it. I am working with them but I suspect I will be let down. If this is the case I will dump it and drive my 2002 until it dies and then buy a ford f 150 rather than a tundra.. Yes its that bad!!! I loved the 2002, this one not so much and not just the wind. The gps is useless and hard to use, the voice commands are 100% useless. ask it for pizza and it comes back with steak, not even close. I choose to use my $159 garmin which is 10X better and I never ever had to open the manual. Also the shut off at stop sign is useless and annoying. Overall its a solid 3 with nothing special and no redeeming options. It is my 6th Toyota/ lexus and probably the only one that isn't 5* It is probably 1 month from going on the lot unless they can fix the horrible wind., then I might look past all the average stuff.

Who could ask better than that.????

I get it. Car dealerships in general get a bad rap. Cars are expensive, dealing with people who work on commission can feel icky. It's a big deal and it's easy to feel like dealerships only see dollar signs when working with you. This was NOT AT ALL my experience with Ira Toyota. I had recently gotten a used Nissan Rogue that I thought was in good condition. Lately it's been very loud so I figured it was just my exhaust. It wasn't. It turns out there were severe issues with the engine that made it incredibly unsafe and would take thousands of dollars to fix. I was not prepared at all financially to purchase another vehicle. I was told by a trusted friend to try Toyota. I begrudgingly walked in and explained my situation (and that I was a nightmare for dealers because of it.) Saying that multiple team members and departments worked their tails off for me is a massive understatement. With each challenge that arose, they met it with determination and grace...and feasible solutions. I walked in stressed and overwhelmed. Today, I'm happy and proud to say I have walked out with my first brand new car. It has a great warranty and free maintenance which gives me peace of mind that I so dearly needed. Shout out to Troy, Palumbo, Chantal, Charlie, and Wendy who jumped through blazing hoops for me and treated me like family. It's easy to spread customer service horror stories, but it's important to share the excellent experiences also. What these people have done made an enormous difference. I am an Ira loyalist for life now.

Since my kids have grown-up, I had the need to replace my very reliable, comfortable Honda Odyssey with a more fun, family hauler SUV. Money was not a big concern, so I was shopping between 2017 Audi Q7, 2016 MB GL, 2016 Lexus GX, new Honda Pilot and new Toyota Highlander - ALL of them 7/8 seater. I know 3 of the cars are luxury but all of these cars are very close in price. Previously, I owned BMW X3, BMW 535xi and my latest BMW X5 which I sold last month and I am an enthusiastic driver. Even though I love BMW overall, the new BMW X7 was out of my reach at this point. I test drove all the cars and here is my honest opinion. Audi Q7 was great performance and fun to drive, but going in the 3rd row seat is cumbersome and my kids will not want to do it. Too many steps just to enter there - Audi do something about this? Can you not make it simpler? MB GL was nice with all features - but big, detached from road and dealer was not negotiating price. GX was a truck-like and didn't like the drive. After lot of research, videos and blogs - finally bought a brand-new 2018 Highlander AWD Limited. Absolutely love it!!! Great feature comfort, nice styling. I had dealer put running-boards and door moldings. It looks gorgeous! I would say looks are on par with my bimmer. Love the interior and the shelf is so useful. I have put 300 miles so far and it is comfortable. 3rd row access is fine and seating is comfortable. I am planning to keep the car for at least 5-6 years. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Great experience. I was surprised usually I try to stay away from dealerships. This time ended up there with a friend how bought a car a day prior. We tested the car it was in acceptable. Everything was done in few minutes. Singned up for finance thorough Toyota. Few days after I came in to pick up my new (used) vehicle it was washed inside and outside, gas tank was fully filled. Really good service.

Drives like a truck, but meets the needs of my family! plenty of space for all the kids things plus more. Very comfy and classy!

They are organized, convenient, polite, they always appear to be doing the best they can and it's usually exceptional. I feel very comfortable with this dealership and service department. They do push extended warranties hard and I made the mistake and ended up canceling.

This car drives like my MDX at 20k less CV ost. V6 engine has great acceleration Handles well on snow. Interior has the finished of a much more expensive car

I have had the most extraordinary buying and service experience at Marks, I encourage everyone to check them out when looking to buy a used car. They have been honest, fair and have bent over backwards to see that I am a satisfied customer in many ways. I could go on and on in specific about my salesperson, Matt the owner, Mark. They all worked hard to find the right car at the right price, seeing to it that it was mechanically top notch and financially affordable. I am sending everyone there. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Really thought Toyota Highlander would be an excellent replacement for our 2011 Subaru Outback. Other than styling and 3rd row seating it fails on all levels. Not confidence inspiring in snow and ice. Annoying radar cruise. Odd unintuitive controls. Weak engine. If I'd have known Subaru was coming out with an SUV with a 3rd row we'd be happy still.

I test drove and compared the 2018 Honda Pilot, Nissan Murano, and Toyota Highlander. I chose the Highlander for reliability and all around better car for our needs and taste. I got the AWD XLE as it seemed to be the best version for the money. I liked the looks of the captain chairs in the second row, but opted for the full bench instead for friendlier seating for three adults instead of having to put one in the third row which is more for kids than adults. So far I love the car and the MPG has been very respectful.

This car is just what we wanted, after test driving the other Brands this one just felt better all the way around and gets better mpg's than I had expected, we Love it.

To start the instant we walked in they were awesome. We walked into Nissan but had to be directed to Honda to look at a 2011 ridgeline. Right off the bat everyone was petting our dog and being awesome and professional. Same when we got to the Honda side. Gabriela escorted us and stayed with us through the whole sale. Test drive to signing the crew at Peters Auto were the real deal. Professional, curteous, every single person hung out with our dog as we negotiated for a price that worked for both of us, financing and ultimately the sale. The car wa in pristine condition and was thoroughly detailed and cared for prior to us picking it up. They went above and beyond in every way. People I want to shout out... Gabriela - Our guide through the whole process and a lovely human. Justin - embodies the Peters auto tradition incredibly well. He revealed eventually that he was the grandson of the owner of Peters Auto and he really only did that as we had created a bond of trust and he really did base that on he original intentions behind Peters Auto and his grandfathers vision and commitments. Kyle - business department, curteous and methodical with the paperwork, he got us in and out with the best financing possible, explaining explaining each detail and handling all of our questions. Tom - made sure on the day of pickup everything from the plates, to the reupholstering, and all the final details, inspection, et cetera were complete on time for us to pick it up and go camping! All in all Peters Auto of New Hampshire create an amazing experience for myself, my girlfriend and our dog and even for my grandmother who co-signed. I love my Highlander. It seats up to 7 passengers or I can lay 2nd and 3rd row seats and transport larger items as big as a couch. Very versatile.

I just completed my 4th new car purchase (my third new Honda) at Peters last week. As expected, I had another uneventful, easy, and hassle-free purchase experience - which is exactly why I keep coming back. I come here because Peters plays ZERO games with their customers, and its refreshing to be able to walk into a dealership without being hassled within 2 seconds of entering. I had the pleasure of meeting Darnell Joseph, who guided me to the vehicle of my choice and allowed me all the time I wanted to test drive. In fact I asked to drive more than one vehicle this time and Darnell did not hesitate to work with me. The trade process was super easy (again) - they really do give you a "real" trade value and don't play the low-ball game. Jon in the Finance office went out of his way to get me a great rate and processed my paperwork super fast. I was also greeted by Ron Stella (great guy who sold me my last Honda) and the sales manager Lucas at the end of the transaction, who personally thanked me for my business. Had appointment for 4:30pm but due to getting off late from work I had to call (@4:34!) and asked if I can reschedule it for later as I am obviously late, they helped me reschedule for 5:15pm same day! I have bad experiences before at other service centers where you are 3mins late and they cancel the appointment saying you should have called you were going to be late, we didn’t received any call so we took a walk in!!! Anyways, Toyota of Nashua gave great service with good customer service, facilities and cleanliness.
