Used Toyota Highlander for Sale in Broken Arrow, OK

My husband recently passed away before getting around to updating to a newer vehicle. Today I woke up to 2 older vehicles, both needing repairs, high payments with only my income to work with. After saying a prayer, I called Regional Hyundai. I spoke to Robert Rodriguez. I explained my situation and shared with him my anxiety of purchasing a vehicle on my own for the first time in my life. His kind voice and reassuring manner convinced me to let him try to get me into a better vehicle. This evening I have a 2016 Sonata in my driveway!! Robert and Craig made the process pain free. We keep our cars for a long time so I looked long & hard and decided one the Highlander. I test drive it and thought it was the most comfortable & I loved all of the safety features!

(In no way is this review meant to reflect a negative opinion or review on the guys or dealership. It is simply some insight and advice that may help the harder to deal with customers.)The guys were GREAT! It's almost impossible to hit a perfect score, we are all human. I wish someone would have offered us something to drink while we waited for 5 hours. When I finally requested a bottle of water, I was given a cup of water from the water fountain (gross!) but since I was so thirsty I drank it anyway. You would think that if you are spending over 20k on a vehicle that you would be worth a bottle of water or even go the extra mile with a soda. I would also recommend to let the guys who clean the vehicles up know that if someone purchases a new vehicle, there is no need to spray stinky air freshener in it before delivery/pick up. One of the best parts about buying a new car is the 'new car smell', it was very disappointing that it lacked that luster. Also, it felt a little bit like once we were passed on to the finance guy, we were 'old news'. Would have been nice to been made to felt somewhat 'special'. I am in the broadcasting and customer service business, so these things probably stand out more to me than to the average bear. Overall, I am happy with the vehicle and the guys were nice. Finance guy, Vic, was awesome at being thorough and clear about the insurance/extended warranty options. DJ was nice as well. Thank you guys for getting me into this vehicle. It is lovely and you went above and beyond to ultimately get me as close to the features that I wanted without pushing me TOO far above my price range. Thank you guys for everything. You rock! (Offer your customers something to drink! They are there spending a LOT of money! Don't make them buy a soda or water. It's not like buying a new pair of shoes, spring for a soda or something! lol) Again, overall it was good. Thanks DJ! (Reminder: before I moved from OKC I always dealt with the same salesman at the same dealership [for the past 3 vehicles I have purchased]. The way I could always remember his name/number/dealership is because he always put his business card in the ashtray or cubby/console. Anytime I was in the market for a vehicle, I knew exactly who and where to call!) Also, you should have your front desk girls smile and maybe even greet/acknowledge the customers.

I test drove and compared the 2018 Honda Pilot, Nissan Murano, and Toyota Highlander. I chose the Highlander for reliability and all around better car for our needs and taste. I got the AWD XLE as it seemed to be the best version for the money. I liked the looks of the captain chairs in the second row, but opted for the full bench instead for friendlier seating for three adults instead of having to put one in the third row which is more for kids than adults. So far I love the car and the MPG has been very respectful.

I took my 328i in because it was riding rough left it for a day and got the diagnosis and fixed the problem. Great service and job.

Reliability car, beautiful, good gas mileage, perfect for trips. The Limited trim has everything in one I definitely will buy another one. Never disappointed me

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

It is a 7 seater which I need with a large family. We have grown children and they will fit in the third row. I love the dynamic cruise control and other safety features.

My 2009 Sonata started making a horrendous noise on my drive to work yesterday evening. I called to schedule service. Even though it was after service hours, someone was able to set an appointment for first thing this morning. Sadly, the repair would be more than the car is worth???Ray did what he could to help me out, but it was more than I was willing to spend for repairs. He connected me with Brandon, who took into consideration my buying parameters and patiently showed me car after car, trying to meet my needs. I now own a beautiful 2018 Elantra. (Did I mention how patient he was?) Thanks, guys!

This Toyota Highlander is one of the most reliable cars I have owned. My first one had over 240,000 miles on it when I decided to trade it for the 2015 Highlander. Both never let me down. Would buy again.

I contacted Ferguson Subaru in regards to a certified 2017 Outback that they had on their lot. I received a return contact the same day and quickly established a great relationship with Michael Altman. He was patient with all of my many questions and inquiries (I live 2.5 hours from the dealership) and I was quickly convinced that my next vehicle purchase would be a Subaru from Ferguson. We made arrangements to drive down on a Saturday morning and although Michael was sick and couldn't meet us that day he prepared Jeremy Bautista for our visit. Jeremy was equally knowledgeable about the Outback and it quickly became apparent that he was also a diehard Subaru fan. After several hours of test driving four different Outbacks we ended up buying a completely different version than we had planned - but it was the best experience I've had buying vehicles! Throughout the entire purchasing experience Ferguson's staff was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable about the complete Subaru lineup and never employed a high pressure approach. Both Michael and Jeremy have followed up with me since taking delivery of our new Outback and have continued to offer advice and insights when asked. My only "complaint" is that I live 2.5 hours from this dealership! But I see that as on opportunity to just enjoy my 2018 3.6r Outback that much more...!

This car met all my needs. Lots of legroom and steering wheel controls are the best yet. Handles well with great suspension. Looks sharp and really like the headlights and roominess inside cabin. Sunroof fun since never had one before. Really great car!!

I went to the dealership solo initially & met the salesman, Jeremy B., he was very nice & informative, & not pushy at all; most importantly to me is that he wasn???t nosey (usually shopping alone for cars the salesmen ask what my husband does for a living, etc, that attitude always chases me away!). I felt no pressure to buy, which I much appreciate. Based on my experience with Jeremey, I came back (with my husband) within 48 hours to test drive the Outback & Forrester???however I hadn???t given Jeremy a heads up & he quickly referred me to James W., who in turn, became our backseat passenger as I test drove the 2 cars. There wasn???t a question James couldn???t answer, he guided me easily through all the features. Not an ounce of pushy, annoying, grimey car salesmen behavior from anyone, what a relief! I also like that they didn???t have to negotiate a price back and forth with a manager; the price is what it is. I ended up trading in a Range Rover Evoque for the Subaru Outback. Everything went very smoothly & James talked us through all the features again & asked we call anytime with questions. Brandon did our paperwork side of things, also a very pleasant person. I would 100% absolutely refer a friend or family member to this dealership & James (&/or Jeremy).

So, I've never written a review about a dealership before. Usually, my experiences with them are negative to say the least. I've actually walked out after listening to the BS about a car that I knew more about than the salesman trying to pitch it. I guess I do my homework before walking into a dealership. Ferguson Subaru was the exception. They respected my knowledge about the car and only enhanced it with further, factual details. There was no pressure and the negotiations on price were civil and professional. Joe Glenn was my salesman that day. Since then, he's been incredibly helpful with any questions or issues I've had. I can always count on him! As for the management, they went above and beyond to help me out with a loaner car to drive while I waited for mine to arrive. Who does that? That would be Tony Allen! I'll keep referring people to Joe, and I'll keep buying Subaru's from Ferguson. 👍

this car is more that I desired. fowler got me into a loaded limited for the price of a basic Outlander. wonderful style, powerful motor, and full electronic package to boot. very good deal

I am very impressed with the professionally and service of Matthews Ford. I’m a college student and first time car buyer who chose to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Before I was able to purchase a vehicle, the car salesman Bill Winters handled my questions via telephone. They expedited the process by capturing some of my information via telephone in preparation for my dealership visit. Once I was able to make it to the dealership, they had a car waiting for me to test drive. They were quick, efficient, and did not pressure me in anyway. They also knew that I was on the schedule and on a budget. I chose to finance the vehicle, A 2016 Ford escape, brand-new! It’s beautiful and just the color I wanted. I then worked with a finance representative to handle any maintenance plans and amenities I wanted to add to the vehicle. They work with my down payment and credit to give me a great price. I love my Highlander. It seats up to 7 passengers or I can lay 2nd and 3rd row seats and transport larger items as big as a couch. Very versatile.

We were in the market for a used Lexus, and our "want" list was very specific. Nothing was available in our local market that met our criteria, so we were using Cars.com to search Lexus dealers nation wide figuring it wouldn't be difficult to fly somewhere and drive a car back home. We had inquired about a number of cars in several different locations, and each time came up empty. Then we came across a Certified 2012 ES 350 at Lexus of Tulsa Oklahoma. Getting used to it . Will have to play with drivers seat a little to hit my comfort zone and why are the cup holders so huge up front. ??EVERYTHING else seems great . !!

I owned this vehicle for 3 years, it had computer problems, terrible voice controlled GPS, radio would crash. Engine and drive train were great, comfort was also good but not as spacious as my new VW Atlas. The service charges were too high, and it was recommended at 5k with synthetic oil, way too often.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Very disappointed bought top of line in model Platinum chrome but did not include automatic start or individual tire psi or specific low tire designation or automatic interior lighting when doors are open including rear hatch which at night is rediculous. Also the PCS I’m sure doesn’t work had a close call on rte 95 in South Carlolina and not so much as a waning tested it many times myself to see if I would at least get a Warning no such luck. Complained to the dealer and he said he tested it in Cruise control and since it wired in this mode the PCS IS OK . Didn’t convince me since I think there has to better way to check out the PCS especially when I had a bad experience with it but fortunately turned out fine because of my evasive action which still should have given me at least a warning because it was so close

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. Really thought Toyota Highlander would be an excellent replacement for our 2011 Subaru Outback. Other than styling and 3rd row seating it fails on all levels. Not confidence inspiring in snow and ice. Annoying radar cruise. Odd unintuitive controls. Weak engine. If I'd have known Subaru was coming out with an SUV with a 3rd row we'd be happy still.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

I had a 2017 model that was totaled, however my wife who was driving it did not have a scratch except the pains from the accident.All air bags opened instantly and the seat belt tightened immediately preventing her head hitting the steering or windshield. The other car was also totaled , however the other driver had several broken bones.Therefore we decided to buy the same car and same model but the 2019.

This is our second highlander, had a 2008 sport and loved it. Never a problem after 165,000 miles. But wanted more safely features of forward collection, blind spot monitors and lane departures alert with back up sensors. Found a limited with these features. Couldn't be happier. Quality built and roomy. Good fuel mileage and well built.
