I started with an online request for information on a Tacoma and was connected with Gary Purvis. Gary was quick to contact me and was able to answer all my questions related to the truck as well as financing. Sonny offered me a great deal that I wasn't able to turn down and no other dealership could come close to what they were offering. Gene in finance was also great to work with. Without a doubt I will shop Greenville Toyota again.

I reached out to him by email through cargurus site initially. He was quick with response to my questions and concerns. That is why I chose the Toyota over the Impala and Mazda. I have a 30 year old van and a 14 year old Corolla. Both are running well and
have needed FEW repairs over the years. I needed a new car so my daughter could have mine and would consider nothing other than a Toyota.
I was familiar with Kevin Bunger's experience and excellent record with Toyota so asked him to help me find a new car. The result was just what I wanted at just the right price.
The experience we received here was way beyond above average. They helped us find the perfect vehicle at the right price with the options we needed. They didn't push us into buying extras we didn't need and didn't push into buying the vehicle. Instead every employee we talked to was extremely helpful and patient. We drove the extra distance to work with them instead of the Toyota dealership right down the road.
My husband and I bought a used vehicle from Toyota of Goldsboro. Everyone was really nice and the dealership was clean. Although we didn't have children with us, we saw children there looking at the fish tanks and watching tv. We really like our purchase and would definitely deal with them again.
I purchases 2013 Chevy Impala in April during a sale they were running--the experience overall was good though took MUCH longer than I would have liked. They got me into a vehicle I love in almost the payment I wanted and expected. My only complaint is the follow up after sale--the day I took delivery there was no key fob for the auto start and doors but I was told it was locked up and would be mailed. I called a week later and was told nope, they sell used and don't have one but I can have one made. After THAT I was told (again) by the finance manager that he would have one made for me and let me know when it would be ready--a month later I am still waiting with no response and when I call sit on hold for 20 minutes only to be told that I will be called back. The other issue is with my permanent tag--there mine temp expires in less than a week and I am going out of town for a wedding--I called and was told that there was an issue with DMV (an old one that was taken care of over a year ago and, in faxt, I had renewed a different registration last wqeek) and told Melissa this who said they run into this fromk time to time but would get it resolved before I left town and call back...again, no go. I would recommend for price but for follow up and service I would prefer to go elsewhere
I just purchased a 2018 Camry and my entire experience was a pleasure. I had visited other car lots and had actually had a couple of cars in mind to pursue purchasing, however the salesman was so overbearing I just left. At Massey Toyota Mr. Terry Noble welcomed us asked what we were looking after explaining what I was interested in he showed us our options then gave us time to browse at our leisure which I so greatly appreciated, after making my decision he then made the entire process of purchasing my car an actual delight. Everything was explained as if he was talking to his family I felt like I was important not just a dollar sign. Then Mr. Shawn Mayers was very helpful and very informative, as was Josh and the entire staff. Thank you for the excellent care.
They are very understanding of your finances and they work with you. They keep you in touch throughout the whole process. I bought a car from them and I love in another state. They took the time to bring it to me in Georgia instead of me having to take time out of my schedule to come get it. I would absolutely recommend these guys to everyone.
I receive the best service at Toyota of Goldsboro. I drive from the Raleigh area to Goldsboro for the outstanding service and customer appreciation I experience. Tammy is a personal favorite but the whole team works together to give reliable service and honest appraisals. I feel like they go the extra mile to meet my needs and keep me apprised of all my options when servicing my vehicles.
