Easy car-buying experience!

I just purchased my 2nd brand new Corolla from Rochester Toyota. I returned to my first salesman, Arlynn Ness, because he knows what customer service is all about. Over the years, Arlynn has often visited with me when I've brought my car in for service, and has given me rides to work on occasion, so I wouldn't have to wait for a courtesy van. When shopping for my 2nd Corolla, it became evident that there have been quite a few changes to the Corolla over the past 13 years. Arlynn test-drove vehicles with me for almost 4 hours, explained the new features, and was extremely patient when answering all of my questions. He was also very thorough about ensuring the car was completely clean both inside and out, and that I was satisfied with its appearance, before I drove it off the lot.
Additionally, Jesse Barton, the finance director, was more than helpful in setting me up with the best extended warranty for my needs.
