I have purchased two cars from this dealership. I’m a woman on my own and always feared the stigma of getting ripped off, but both times went flawlessly. Most recently, Daniel helped me and it truly felt more like getting together with an old friend rather than a business deal. I also really enjoyed working with Hassan who did the some of the paperwork for me. I truly love going there for maintenance also because literally everyone there is friendly. Stopped by the Toyota Dealership in Cerritos to test drive a 2025 Prius. I had earlier placed an appointment with Valeria Sanchez over the phone and then met her in person, she gave my family and me a more than stellar welcome. Managed to go on a smooth test drive and was later assisted by Moe who filled in for Valeria to complete negotiations of the car. After a lot of back and forth I managed to get a decent deal. In the end it is a car dealership and you should know what to expect but this time around was nice as everyone was very accommodating.

Esteban was courteous, knowledgeable & a pleasure to work with for what is a process I don’t enjoy. I do not like the attempt to slip in a warranty then the continual high pressure selling of that.

I was in the market for the new Sienna XSE with some upgrades and couldn't find what I was looking for. I was in contact with A LOT of dealerships and they were just awful. I finally called Longo and was able to reserve a Sienna XSE that was coming from the factory, with the package that we wanted. David Fearn was awesome, he was understanding and helpful. We had a lot of question due to our previous experience and he was more than happy to help us. When the vehicle arrived we were a little afraid it would be sold from under us but again David was understanding and reassured me it would not. So we were able to relax and come in on our day off. I believe we spent about an hour finalizing everything and then drove home in our new Sienna. Its was such a quick and amazing experience, I definitely recommend Longo to anyone looking for a new Toyota.

Great dealership but do not believe the hype on the Mirai! Often impossible to get fuel in the San Gabriel Area. Stations are off line more often than not. It is like living during the oil embargo of the 70's with no end in sight. Spend hours looking for a station, you find one online and wait for another hour, only to experience a mechanical issue. Great car just can't drive it.

Juanita Moran was very Polite and worked with my schedule I live in riverside ca. It's a drive to Toyota of Claremont but I like to go there because Juanita has made me feel welcome and she took care of my car and had it washed thank you again Juanita 😊
