What I liked most was that they didn’t hit me with any surprise dealer fees, so the price felt fair from the start. The car was exactly what I wanted and has been running great. Ryan Benipayo was incredibly easy to work with - available, knowledgeable, and very helpful. New cars today are extremely complicated for this nontechnical buyer who's first car was a 1954 Plymouth with push-button gear shift! Imagine, if you will, the ability to understand and explain the workings of all of the Toyota models available! Also, Ryan was most effective in assessing my existing trade-in so that he could give a reasonable and understandable offer and then give me a reasonable quote on the trade! Very calm and patient, Ryan is always helpful and patient.

Cori was incredible. She was engaging, caring, patient and thorough. This is my 4th Volvo and she showed me more features and 'how too' then I have ever been shown on any previous Volvo. She also connected with us personally and was genuinely interested and caring in who we are and what was important to us.
