Cori was incredible. She was engaging, caring, patient and thorough. This is my 4th Volvo and she showed me more features and 'how too' then I have ever been shown on any previous Volvo. She also connected with us personally and was genuinely interested and caring in who we are and what was important to us. She also worked very well with the Sales manager as a team, and they both were efficient with time and helpful.

I am a college student and not always sure what to do when getting vehicle serviced. The people there explain to me what needs to be done and my options. I have experienced great service at this dealership. The experience here has been much better than I received at other dealerships.

We had visited three other dealerships but ended coming back to Mike Shaw and working with Keith who we had visited before and had provided us with great customer service and straight up approach about the deal we could get on a 2024 Subaru Ascent. He was willing to work with us and negotiate a win/win for all parties. This was not the case for Centennial Subaru on Arapahoe Rd and Fort Collins Subaru in Colorado, which lost out on the deal, our business and who were not flexible in their approach to working out a purchase from my wife and I. Big kudos to Sales Consultant Keith Traczynski's strait forward approach and ability to negotiate a win/win for all parties. We liked also liked, what he stands for, his values and upfront approach, honesty with customer and most importantly love for God, Country and unbashful patriotism. These are type of people we and many other customers like to deal with, not sales consultants that are so focused on DEI that they forget what they're in business for, which is too sale cars. I read the cars.com review. Faulted for not having air suspension. It doesn't need it. The ride is amazing. Has Toyota quality so factor our repairs that you will be spending in time and money on the others. Especially the Mercedes and Range Rover. Resale is far better. Another savings. Front seat needs adjustable seat cushions for longer legs.

I was here at the dealership a few months ago and I traded in my 2010 challenger on a 2014 challenger. The new one I purchased was an absolute gem. It only had about 600 miles on it. I thought “no way will this get approved” I’ll have to drive two hours back home without the new vehicle. Well I am pleased that I had Vincent and Kurt to help every step of the way. I did not buy anything, but when I visited the dealership, I found the employees to be friendly and helpful. The salesman I worked with was Mark and he was very nice and responsive. Despite the fact, the dealership was extremely busy that day, Mark came and met me within a few minutes of my arrival he was able to juggle several customers at once and allow me to test drive the vehicle I was seriously looking at.

This car is an SUV but handle like a middle size car. It is also very safe because allows excellent driver's views of the streets and highways.

I bought this truck in 2003 with 35,000 miles on it and it has never let me down. It will not stop! The body is still in pretty good shape (just a little rust starting up under the lip of the upper rear window by the tail gate latch.) I change the oil once a year (I have forgotten a couple of times and gone two years.) I take it off-road, on long trips, and it is also my daily commuter car. I have no complaints.

Our land cruiser got close to a house fire. It melted the front and we still drove it home. Best car I have ever had. The insurance totaled it. Trying to find parts to repair it. Front melted off. Literally.

I have owned this for 157k miles to date, we have driven cross country multiple times and it has given us ZERO issues. Been the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned, and is better in every single way than our previous 2003 Land Cruiser. I love this thing. Only complain is the cheap steering wheel leather that flakes off. I have zero plans to sell our family hauler.

Super smooth process to test drive a vehicle. No pressure to purchase which I very much appreciated

I bought this vehicle for it's reliability and its snow and off-road capability. I wanted a vehicle I could take on fire roads but nothing extreme. The vehicle is so capable that I never had to use low range or its various off-road modes. What I found is that most of my driving was on the freeway to get to skiing and backroads in the Rocky Mountains. The vehicle is not a great highway cruiser constantly shifting up grades, fuel mileage was at best 18 MPG on road trips, the constant body motions (left, right, fore and aft) and road noise. For my mostly highway driving the Land Cruiser was a bit taxing. Decibel readings on various road surfaces with new Michelins was 80-82 versus my new ram truck at 70-72 db. That's a significant difference. In the end, if you're using this vehicle most at lower speeds and don't care about gas mileage this vehicle is one of the best. For me, it was a bit too much.

I'm already regretting my wife talking me into getting a new truck. I miss my Landcruiser greatly but can't afford to keep two trucks. This truck will probably out last most vehicles purchased new today.

Bought a2008used. Previously owned a2004, The 2004 seemed more solid, also the third row seats were completely removable in the 2004.but are not in the 2008 and after. This makes the 2008 less useful for hauling stuff, why on earth would Toyota think it was a good idea to make those seats unremovable? The rear side windows used to open, a nice touch, gone in the 08. I think Toyota is targeting this car for suburbia now, more than the plains of Africa or off roaming in general.

In the 1990s I owned the 100 series Land Cruiser and it was a phenomenal SUV for the desert and mountain terrain. The LC never betrayed us but was the strongest, sturdiest and most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. Presently I own the 2008 LC 200 series and though it has a new design and many upgrades, it maintains its reputations for durability, reliability, strength, off-roading and the largest engine in its class. No other SUV can be compared to the Land Cruiser for the status quo it has achieved in all these years. This is the vehicle that the UNO uses for all their outreach work around the world. What an endorsement! However, it does not have fancy logistics and décor but something robust and long lasting. Anything between 200K-300K miles is fair game before any repairs begin happening but I have learned from many owners that it can easily run anywhere between 500K-600K miles before anything major happens. Above all this is one of the very few vehicles in the Toyota line-up that are still made, assembled and created in JAPAN. That tells the entire story.
