We love the prius after owning a 2007 model. The 2015 is a step up and we got it at a good price for low mileage to hold us until plug-in mile range improves.

My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

Michael was absolutely fantastic to deal with. The dealership was approximately a 4 hour drive so Michael and his team did everything to make sure I was comfortable purchasing the vehicle without actually seeing it in person. When I arrived everything was ready and as discussed over the phone. I would highly recommend!

This car was purchased as a gift for my son to use to travel to his job out of town. He has a lease and I didn’t want him to rack up miles on his other car/lease. As a previous Prius owner, I know he would love another Prius to use daily. After this reliable vehicle is paid off, I plan to buy one for my other son and then a new one for myself! We love the hybrids in our family!

It started out bumpy dealing w/ lack of service from a specific salesman but Mazen Amir stepped in & made it all happen flawlessly.

I absolutely recommend this car if you need a workhorse to drive you back and forth and not to die on you. A couple things about this car --- 200k miles with multiple total-loss level accidents because my jobs at the time had me on the road most days. Still running strong. I just took it on an interstate road trip and it doesn't miss a beat. This car is hard to kill. I don't know how this thing was built by Toyota but it is seriously impressive value for the money. Worth literally every penny for what I've squeezed out of it so far. Cons: the disrespect you get is insane. I've driven other cars and the hate that this car receives in particular is laughable. Also the performance is ridiculously bad, which everyone knows. One way to sum this up, I had a friend of mine once say, "It's hard to look another man in the eye while getting out of a Prius."

Great buying experience. We live just over an hour away and received an excellent and honest phone description of the vehicle we were considering. All of the staff including the owner and his wife are very courteous and our salesman Mike was waiting for us when we arrived. We decided to buy the vehicle during the test drive and called Mike to negotiate an out the door price. We continued our test drive and drove 20 minutes to a branch office of our bank to get a check. I called Mike from the bank with the rest of the details and all of the paperwork was ready by the time we got back. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

Love my Prius. At first I thought it was ugly, but having owned it for so long, I love it! Get 52 miles to the gallon, but then I don't speed. I drive between 27-29 mph. in town, avoid freeways if I can to keep the mileage high. IU have only replaced the tires and the battery a couple of times. The car starts beautifully, responds well when driven. Is in good shape outside, except for a small "ding"on the bottom of the driver's side where I hit a curb.

I interacted with many dealerships big and small to choose my new vehicle. I LOVE how easy it is to talk with this dealership. When you make contact they put you in an optional text chat so anytime you have a question you text it and they get back to you usually very quickly. We worked with Garrett and even. Though we were very wishy washy and changed our minds on what we wanted many times he was very patient and helpful. He also gave many suggestions that actually we turned out to love better than what we were originally looking for. They worked hard for us on financing and options and gave us several options to choose from. After the sale Garrett didnt disappear...he still answered our messages and talked with his manager about some questions we had. We were very happy that he helped us even after the sale! This car is very economical. Great gas mileage and very easy to maintain. Be certain to change the oil and filter. Rotate tires and check the brakes every 10K miles. Realize what this car is all about - it is not a high performance car but for transportation inexpensive cost per mile it is SUPER.

Amazing mileage, you'll forget the last time you filled up, and, you'll be amazed how cheap it is to "fill up". Not the most comfortable ride. Handles great. Lots of accelration power. The V model with Technology Pkg is amazing. Radar cruise, parks itself. Loaded with goodies.

I bought a 2010 Prius as I needed hood gas mileage. I’ve had the car for 3 years, and it had a lot of miles when I got it. It’s not given me any problem till a week ago. It’s been dependable daily. Now I think I only have a few weeks to try to gather money to replace my car. Why? Because my son had a 2012 Prius and from the day he was told it’s problem, it was 1 month before the motor blew. The entire side of the motor blew out. It was a shocking sight. I mean, it was simply gone. I think it was amazing he was not going fast, what would have happened? What happens if I’m on the hwy when mine goes? This is sad. This is a great little car for around town. It’s trouble free. Even with age and high miles it’s a good car. Going a long distance? Forget about it. The seats are hard and not only do you feel every inch of the road, you hear it too. You are crippled by the time you make a 3 hour drive. If you have any fear of driving noise, don’t get on the hwy with this car. But, if you need a dependable car, cheap to upkeep, great on gas, in city driving, this is great. This is Jan of 2023. The batteries are still good. Issues with headlights, radio, sensor lights. I will be sorry to see this little car go. I really like it all in all. I feel sorry for it and for me. It would have been helpful if someone would have brought up problems with carbon build up and how to prevent it. No one shares knowledge, like it’s a major secret or a crime to do so. But, if the car dealer had said, listen, these cars have issues with this. Put this in your car monthly. Maybe I would not be loosing my car now? Not once has this car left me stranded.

I have a 2013 Prius. It has 129k on it. This is by far the most reliable & efficient vehicle. I had only had to change the oil & that is it. It regularly gets approximately 55/60 MPG. I absolutely love this vehicle & would not hesitate to get another Prius.

I really Love my Toyota Prius. It’s Great on Gas and easy on the eyes. They don’t make them like this anymore. I enjoy driving to Las Vegas often and it’s only possible in the Prius.

I will save you from the embroidery and give the highlights of my experience. Our family purchased two vehicles in consecutive weeks, the most recent being a 2014 MB E550 as of yesterday. My nephew got accepted in business school and we decided to get him a 2015 MB C400. We had a wonderful experience with his transaction and yesterday was even better! The Pre Owned Director, Mr. Jon Keblesh, walked with us throughout the whole process ensuring a smooth and fair negotiation for both parties. The General Manager Mr. Jason Wier even got involved to manufacture the deal when we hit a small road block and made sure it went through. Even the Finance Director, Mr. Louie Richards, was a consummate professional - even if both deals ended up being cash transactions. He was still very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I even told him he reminded me of a family member in California. Thus, that is a great segway…They treated us like family. I felt confident and trusting with their business dealings and I recommend this dealership to anyone who is reading this review. The one weak point is that there is a design defect. The exhaust manifold leading to cylinders tends to get clogged up. Must be cleaned every 60 k miles (200 dollar job) to avoid head gasket replacement. Otherwise should run forever. 250 k miles and doesn't use drop of oil. 2014 is known to be vintage year, with all kinks worked out of generation 3 - except for aforementioned. Besides being ultra reliable, the car is simply the best use of space and readily available fuel possible. Enormous cargo space with back seats down. Up, passengers have room almost equivalent to full-size sedan. Simply best car ever made. Just look out for traction battery expense. But even that can be mitigated using rebuilt batteries and independent shops.

I bought this car new in 2010 and have been the only owner since. The car is easy to drive, gets great gas mileage, and requires basic maintenance. I have changed the tires twice and the rear brakes once and otherwise it's been great!

I bought this car with 180k miles and used it for delivering food. I used to do 100 miles/day 5 days/week and this car was a champion. I just needed replaced one sensor (I don’t remember what kind)(I replaced it by myself - zero mechanic cost). The sensor was less than $50 dollars. And then just need to change oil and coolant regularly, nothing more. I’ve been had this car 2 years. The electric battery was good when I sold it with 214k miles. Not regretting at all. The best car I have owned.

So far so good. Test drove many cars at other lots and drove garbage. Went to X Drive and the moment I drove it for only 2 minutes, I knew it was it. Amazing vehicle so far so good. No complaints. Great customer service. Got an extended warranty, I totally recommend them. Even negotiated my price and worked with me. Very honest people.

This car has met all my expectations. Great car. I have be more than pleased with the great and dependable car. There is no better car.

Friendly staff, not too pushy; however, Buyer Beware -- they do a great job making a car look great both in pictures and in person, but the car we bought turned out to have nearly non-existent brakes, badly worn rotors, and, unfortunately, engine damage from having been run with little to no oil in the past. We checked the oil in the parking lot, looked new and topped off, and no signs of leaking. Didn't check the exhaust pipe, however, which would have given a clue to the amount of oil the engine was (is) burning. We discovered this upon getting a 120K mile service interval one week *after* purchase from XDrive -- they pulled the oil filter and there was a TON of metal shavings in it, and we soon discovered that its burning oil at the rate of approx. one quart per gas tank or six hours of driving time. Only way to have found this was to have it checked by a mechanic *before* purchase.

Honestly did not anticipate just how much I would love this car! It drives well for its age and the interior is still in great shape. There is a little bit of rust on it, but that's to be anticipated when living closer to Lake Michigan.

Pierce was friendly, professional and efficient in helping me get the new fuel pump exchanged. I had a limited amount of time and Pierce went above and beyond in talking with the mechanics to see if it was possible to finish the work in 3 hours instead of 4. I had an appointment that I had to make. The mechanic agreed and even better, they finished earlier than the deadline. I greatly appreciated Pierce intervening for me.

This is an excellent hybrid vehicle. I kept it in good condition and well maintained. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with all the technology Toyota had to offer in 2007! It has never been in an accident and is a value for the money.
