Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

We just bought a BMW Xi from BMW of Warwick. Our salesman Vito is the BEST!! This is the second car Vito sold to us (the first was a BMW 230i convertible thata we still own) and Vito took great care of us throughout the process both times. Our BMW Genius David gave us a great tutorial on the new X-seris dashboard (no small task!). And Erin in financing made the pruchase process as painless as possible. I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

On Wednesday I had an appointment for an oil change. The experience is always a great one Tiara was great besides a free oil change and tire rotation she was able to get me a free car wash and vacuum, looked great. This was one thing off my list for this busy season. Thanks, Tiara.

I love my Rav4. It's not only fun to drive but is a sharp looking vehicle. It has plenty of room for passengers as well as our 2 dogs.

Went to Copeland to look at a used Toyota Tundra. They had the vehicle as advertised ready for me. The salesman Matthew was excellent. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Beautiful, well running car. Excellent mileage, quiet, with comfortable ride. Lots of advanced safety features. I miss the CD player, and radio is too complicated—user friendliness could be better.

Very happy with overall experience, from working with manager Kevin and ironing out the deal we wanted with Hantz as our sales rep. First time having service at McGee Toyota for a recently bought used 2014 Toyota Corolla. I noticed some leakage at the transmission pan and they were able to take a look on that day and provide the service on the following day. I found the service personnel very friendly and the facility waiting area had a welcoming atmosphere (fireplace, TV, kitchenette and comfortable chairs) while I waited for the vehicle repairs.

I had my first service today at Imperial Toyota and I couldn't be happier. It was a friendly greeting and the service was explained to me by the service rep Ayala and she had the truck back to me quickly at the quoted price. I would defiantly recommend they to family and friends.

Went in for an oil change. No problems. Lots of paper documentation at the end of the process which was different from my experiences at other oil change places.

The staff were extremely knocked and patient while assisting me in purchasing a new car.

The grade reflects my experience beginning on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, when Paula offered a preliminary evaluation as to possible causes of the vehicle’s problems. Upon entering the garage service bay, I was greeted by a pleasant individual, the service advisor, Cascious Arruda, was well versed in the mechanical issue needing attention and, Rick, the courtesy car driver, was on time, had a positive attitude and a proactive work ethic. Rick has a good handle on managing his driving schedule in an effective and efficient manner. After the servicing, my 2013 Camry responded like the first time I drove it off the lot. My care was at your dealership for about 10 days due to a water issue. The person who handled my concern was Keith Pereira. Mr Pereira handled my concern with respect, professionalism and the utmost concern about my vehicle. He would call me often informing me of the status of the work, prices and other concerns he had. I had a very tough 10 days for personal reasons but Keith was outstanding during that time. He really is an asset to your company
