Used 2023 Toyota RAV4 XLE for sale near Spring Valley, NV

I was specifically looking for a gray 2022 Nissan Pathfinder SL with light gray leather upholstery. After searching high and low, I finally found EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR! Unfortunately, the vehicle was about 500+ miles from the Bay Area SF in Las Vegas, NV. I reached to out to Planet Nissan (Las Vegas) and was introduced to Saul Garcia. After voicing my concerns with FLYING IN onsite, and having a previously BAD EXPERIENCE with another dealership, Saul was not only empathetic of my concerns/needs, but he made the whole remote online buying experience seamless and worry-free! Saul kindly picked me up from the Las Vegas airport, we thoroughly inspected the car and completed all the paperwork in LESS THAN 30-45 mins! I was IN-n-OUT in no time at all! Thats AAAAAAWESOME! I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

The service was friendly, helpful, and informative. The time to complete the service was reasonable. I was provided updates via text messages. I appreciated leaving in a car freshly washed, including clean windows!

Beautiful, well running car. Excellent mileage, quiet, with comfortable ride. Lots of advanced safety features. I miss the CD player, and radio is too complicated—user friendliness could be better.

Dawn is my go to person and only deal with her because she not only remembers my name but all the things that I like when I come in for a service. She is truly a remarkable person I would now call friend and the reason I come to Mini to continue service on my countryman.

I purchased a brand new vehicle in 2023, sight unseen, as an out of state customer. George guided me flawlessly in every step from the deposit to delivery. Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

Hi: I brought my vehicle in for a 111,000 service at Autonation on Sahara @ Jones Ave. Huge service center, very impressive. My service advisor (Christopher) listened to my concerns and told me a 10 point inspection would be free but I wanted a deeper inspection which was slightly over $200 (BTW this cost was applied later to my labor bill which brought the cost down, nice)! Well after we spoke we came to a mutual agreement on what I wanted serviced (one item I reneged on as I feel it was just an upsale in my opinion, this is not uncommon as it costs a lot to keep a business that big running. They fixed everything I asked and all seems good! BTW I met the manager of the service department (Leo) and he seems like a nice guy! Since I had a positive experience I plan on going back for more upcoming work (clutch replacement)!

I would highly recommend EchoPark to anyone looking for a car. Chris was honest, transparent, and didn't try to pressure me into anything. I felt like I was treated with respect and Chris was very helpful and happy to answer all of my questions.
