I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

Great, easy experience. Tara was incredible. She admitted right away she was very new and whatever answer she did not have, she would get. We learned the Telluride together. The team there supported her through the process, thus supported us. Would absolutely consider buying another car with the team there.

As a recent customer who visited this dealership today, I can honestly say that I walked into this dealership with a bleeding and broken heart by another Jeep dealership's unethical business practices located in Chamblee, GA. I walked away with a restore hope that there are still truly good people left in this world. Mr. Danny Jackson corrected the unethical financial dealings of this Jeep's dealership without any question. It was not his responsibility. I drove from McDonough, GA to Cummings, GA. It was worth the drive. I am so pleased as a customer. I plan to make the approximate 1 hour to 1 hour and half future trips just have my jeep service by this dealership and purchase any Jeep accessories from them. Before you purchased from any other dealership, "please" take the drive to Don Jackson Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership at 5855 GA -400, Cummings, GA 30028. You will not be disappointed. Don Jackson Crysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram is deserving of this a 5-star rating. If you go anywhere before or without visiting this dealership, you are cheating yourselves out of a 5-star experience.

I love my Rav4. It's not only fun to drive but is a sharp looking vehicle. It has plenty of room for passengers as well as our 2 dogs.

Beautiful, well running car. Excellent mileage, quiet, with comfortable ride. Lots of advanced safety features. I miss the CD player, and radio is too complicated—user friendliness could be better.

The atmosphere was peaceful every employee I encountered was very kind. It was a wonderful experience as a first time car buyer. I will be back for an upgrade and I will be bringing friends with me.
