Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

I have purchased 2 cars at Fairview Ford and both have been through there internet sales department. The process was quick and I got most of it done on the phone and email before I even stepped foot at there dealership. Most other dealerships tried to get me to come in before discussing numbers, but Fairview gave me my numbers up front and worked with me even though my credit was not the greatest. There service department is quick and very nice, I have had 2 oil changes and it was nice that they had a del taco right next door too!!!

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

I love my Rav4. It's not only fun to drive but is a sharp looking vehicle. It has plenty of room for passengers as well as our 2 dogs.

Beautiful, well running car. Excellent mileage, quiet, with comfortable ride. Lots of advanced safety features. I miss the CD player, and radio is too complicated—user friendliness could be better.

My wife and I had many difficulties buying from other dealerships that we tried to avoid dealing with people altogether. Our last year was a nightmare with our vehicle. So we headed to Toyota of Glendora and we had the pleasure of meeting Tony. He was exactly what we needed in that moment. He was beyond helpful, while at the same time not overwhelming. I feel like he wanted us to find the right car for us as much as we did!! That kind of service is difficult to find. Forever grateful for Tony and management as they made the car buying process something that wasn’t a nightmare, but instead extremely fun and we learned a lot about each car in the lot. 10/10 recommend if you want great service and honest men and women at the front door. My first interaction with a representative from STG via cel phone did not result in a transaction that met my satisfaction. Some days later I was contacted by a different representative and things went very smoothly. Caesar Q and I reached an agreement that he confirmed by email. I drove down from San Jose with my trade in vehicle and a cashiers check and arrived well after dark. The truck was prepared and ready for me to perform a thorough inspection and test drive. I was inside, outside and under the truck and it was very clean and looked as good as it did in the photos. Caesar was a pleasure to meet and work with. Very friendly and easy to communicate with, he and I shared some similar interests. The paperwork went smoothly and Caesar explained everything about the process as we went along. I would not hesitate to shop at STG in the future even though it is a 7-1/2 hour drive for me. Thank you to Caesar Q and STG for making my truck buying experience a pleasurable one.
