Used 2023 Toyota RAV4 for sale near Stotonic Village, AZ

Although I ended up purchasing elsewhere, the staff was very prompt and went above and beyond, by making a video to help me!

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

The vehicle was beautiful when they pulled it up. It was just what we were looking for. Unfortunately, opening the doors exposed a strange smell which had not been taken care of. Smelled like some vape flavors. Eric also smelled it. Wife is highly allergic to this so we had to pass. We have been looking for some time and hoped this was the one.

I love my Rav4. It's not only fun to drive but is a sharp looking vehicle. It has plenty of room for passengers as well as our 2 dogs.

AutoNation Toyota has been working on my vehicles for years. They do good work and are upfront with any repair recommendations and pricing. Price for repairs is a bit expensive but it's worthwhile. From the technicians to the front desk the staff have always been polite, friendly and willing to help. I recommend them for your Toyota repairs and maintenance.

Beautiful, well running car. Excellent mileage, quiet, with comfortable ride. Lots of advanced safety features. I miss the CD player, and radio is too complicated—user friendliness could be better.

I couldn’t be happier about my experience buying a used Toyota from Big Two. The car was as represented on the internet. The price was really the price, no hidden extra charges, fees for cleaning it etc... Randi was personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Samuel successfully diagnosed my problem and fixed very quickly. This was a noise coming from rear of my car at speeds over 45 mph. I very happy with results.

This was not a typical dealer experience. They made my purchase quick and painless. Not pushy and very direct answers. I'm pretty sure I met every employee. Their customer service was great. Pricing was transparent. Got a great deal. No hassle and was in and out.

I?ve bought several cars in my lifetime, so we know how that all goes and I expected the same with autonation, however I was presently surprised when I met Livvv. Her communication skills, confidence and very forward personality is out of this world and she was able to work with me to the best of her abilities. Almost too fast! 10 days from start to delivery; Good customer service, nice people! Oh wait, that's a 15 word MINIMUM... now I feel silly trying to cram all the good details into such a short statement. (facepalm) The entire experience was painless and fast, as noted; when my credit union balked at working with them they found me a competitive rate with someone who WOULD. They got documents to me quickly, and the car... well, through no fault of his, Steven LeSueur missed that the transporter picked the car up (on memorial day??) so I only got 24 hours notice that it was showing up. I was so used to those things taking forever I was off-balance for a few hours, but hey, that's what I consider a high quality problem. Speaking of which, the shipping cost was very reasonable, especially considering I saved about 6K getting the car there instead of locally. They gave me a great deal on EXACTLY the car I would have purchased if new, and getting that 4K tax credit up front made my life simpler and the loan even smaller than I was prepared to deal with. What's funny is my daughter and many friends live in Phoenix, so they now have a bit of a Northern CA booster with the locals. Oh, and there was no trade-in, so don't take the low rating as a slam; I just had no experience with it here. :-D
