Just walked out today with my dream car! I’m super excited it was with in less than 2 hours. Rafael Cerceda was amazing! Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

The service was friendly, helpful, and informative. The time to complete the service was reasonable. I was provided updates via text messages. I appreciated leaving in a car freshly washed, including clean windows!

Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. They still use the age old "up" system in greeting walk in prospects, which is fair to the sales people, but we didn't feel like we were just a number. No price negotiations here as the posted price is what it is and the sales people don't work on commission. We had searched their inventory via internet and indicated the vehicle which we were interested in looking at. It was parked at the front entrance waiting for us when we arrived at our appointment time. We ended up buying it. Will buy our next car here too.

Let us cut to chase: I am very particular of who supplies my service in all aspects of my life. Dawn is my go to person and only deal with her because she not only remembers my name but all the things that I like when I come in for a service. She is truly a remarkable person I would now call friend and the reason I come to Mini to continue service on my countryman.
