Used 2023 Toyota RAV4 for sale near West Samoset, FL

Steve Voris was my service advisor and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about my car and provided me excellent customer service which I so much appreciated.

I recently purchased a 2023 RAV4 Hybrid and love the car in general. That said, I have one major complaint. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I was using my iPhone connected to the Multi-media screen through CarPlay, when the iPhone maps app disappeared and I got a splash screen saying “Experience Toyota Drive Connect.” There was no way to exit this screen apart from pulling over and restarting the car and reconnecting the iPhone. I googled this issue and saw various possible solutions, but none worked. I called Toyota and after multiple delays, was told that the only way to get rid of this screen is to purchase a subscription to “Go Anywhere” which includes Drive Connect and Remote Connect. The cost is $15 per month, plus whatever tax you pay in your locale. While Go Anywhere has some nice features, it should be an option, not a mandated purchase to utilize CarPlay. It seems to me that this is essentially extortion, forcing owners to purchase a subscription in order to use CarPlay. This is beneath the high standards of Toyota. I’m sure that Toyota could disable this splashscreen easily should they so desire.

Everyone I interacted with was great. The person who checked me in, the people at the courtesy shuttle, etc. I mostly worked with Christie Martin and she was awesome--super professional, calm, knowledgeable, nice. There were other employees who I chatted with briefly who were very personable. Even though it wasn't related to my service, it really created a good vibe. The service was kinda expensive but will be worth it if it keeps my car running right for the next year.

I love my Rav4. It's not only fun to drive but is a sharp looking vehicle. It has plenty of room for passengers as well as our 2 dogs.

Ralph Ramirez gave us all of his time, answered all our many questions with thoroughness and patience, guided us through the financial process with smoothness and good humor, and impressed us with his very knowledgeable background in both the company's many services and its latest products. What a pleasure to have a car-buying experience Ralph. He also prepared our new car with many of of personal things (including tuning our new radio) before "moving" us into our new Corolla. Ralph is much, much more than a great Toyota, he is a warm spokesman for Venus Toyota itself.

Beautiful, well running car. Excellent mileage, quiet, with comfortable ride. Lots of advanced safety features. I miss the CD player, and radio is too complicated—user friendliness could be better.

I don’t write many reviews but I felt one employee deserved to be recognized. Celenne M, the Title Clerk. After leasing a car from another Gettel location more than two months ago, she inherited my problems. The title, tags and registration had to be transferred from another state. Additionally, I had numerous changes in paperwork to do and temporary tags to change out. It has been a frustrating situation. And took a lot of work. She constantly kept in touch with me and took care of everything without me having to contact her. This is made it could’ve been a really difficult and unhappy experience a good one. Thank you

I was having trouble: new iPhone 15Pro would not sync. Also and issue with navigation. Richard could not have been nicer.....even went inside to tell them how good he was. They are lucky to have him working for them.

Once again Marc Kassel has been very quick to assist in answering questions and providing great recommendations. We continue to send referrals to Marc knowing the customer will be taken care of.

My parents purchased a new Sienna from AutoNation Toyota. And they had a great experience, Carla P from the sales department and Dylan B from the Service department. Were a huge help, they were accommodating and respectful of the needs my parents were asking for. They went above and beyond.

I came to look at a used Toyota and I drove a hard bargain. The salesman Robert was very pleasant and not pushy and the finance staff worked with me to get to the numbers I needed. Anthony in secondary finance was honest and very personable. Buying a car can be a daunting and unpleasant experience but the price point was fair and I ended up with the vehicle I’ve always wanted. I would absolutely buy another car from them again!
