Luis in finance was just as wonderful, professional, efficient, and made the financing process smooth. What really stood out was the genuine care from both Edwin and Luis. After I drove my new car 10 hours home, they even followed up to make sure I got back safely. That kind of service is rare and truly appreciated. I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

It absolutely gave me the best experience in new car purchase in my lifetime, their outstanding service quality, speed, clarity, kindness, and reliability! Hidden fees and trapping strategies, the dark side of sales culture in the industries are so common nowadays. However, I didn't see or have not felt them at all this time, at least thus far, from this purchase. It would definitely be the place for me to go again when considering to buy another car. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a new car or trade in a car.

I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Eli explained what I needed to do and Kristie ended up handeling my services that day and got me in and out within the hour just like she said! I will definitely be back!

Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! Purchased at Wilsonville Toyota from Max V. and had a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

The sales process was friendly and easy. Came to a complicated deal, trading a recently purchased 2025 Camry for a 2026 Crown, rather quickly after spending time with the salesperson, Eyad Elxxxxany, Eyad was very nice and made the process pleasurable. This as the 85th car purchase I have made throughout my lifetime, due to a love of automobiles. I will definitely ask for Eyad if I purchase again!

Extremely profesional and knowledgeable! No xx dealership! I highly recommend them!! I visited the dealership and appraised (based on milage and real condition of the car), once I had the correct value for the car and interest rate for financing, I made my offer, and once they confirmed the numbers, we made the deal in less than 15 minutes! I did visit a few dealerships were I wasted my time! Some dealerships don’t take the time to look at garbage they are selling. They go by time on the lot, the make and models and average market sale price not really looking into the real condition of the car. All the information I needed is easily accessible, if you know where to look. I deal with facts not averages!

We are so happy with our new Telluride from Kia of Clermont! Everyone was very friendly. We had our three younger boys with on the day we purchased and everyone worked hard to make the sales process as quick and smooth as possible! I will say it takes some patience to purchase a Telluride (or any car) in today's market, but Kia of Clermont seemed to get new Tellurides in each week and listened to our must-have's and let us know when a Telluride was available that matched our needs. Charissa and Tyler worked really hard to get us the Telluride that worked best for our family! They both had great communication and weren't pushy. Overall - Really nice facility, good selection and great staff! I highly recommend!

Ariana was the person who helped us out. She was incredible. Nate is awesome. I live in the Tampa area but travel frequently to Daytona. I literally stopped at every single Toyota along the way while car shopping. The only reason I bought with Orlando was because of all the help Nate offered without him being overbearing, demeaning, or pushy. I would shop again with him in the future.

Paid cash for a 2007 Explorer. Price was good. New tires and battery. After the test drive, the whole buying process only took 20 minutes. As I did not trade in a vehicle I was stuck there with 2 cars. They had someone follow me home in my new car so I could get both home without having to pay for a cab. Top notch. Dane was excellent.
