Used 2024 Toyota RAV4 for sale near Sierra Madre, CA

I was in the market for the new Sienna XSE with some upgrades and couldn't find what I was looking for. I was in contact with A LOT of dealerships and they were just awful. I finally called Longo and was able to reserve a Sienna XSE that was coming from the factory, with the package that we wanted. David Fearn was awesome, he was understanding and helpful. We had a lot of question due to our previous experience and he was more than happy to help us. When the vehicle arrived we were a little afraid it would be sold from under us but again David was understanding and reassured me it would not. So we were able to relax and come in on our day off. I believe we spent about an hour finalizing everything and then drove home in our new Sienna. Its was such a quick and amazing experience, I definitely recommend Longo to anyone looking for a new Toyota.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Went the first time and the stuff very friendly, smiling & welcoming, beside showing me the sales lady the RAV4 I wanted, I wasn’t ready to buy that day, but came back a couple of days after, he got me a great deal. I will come back for my son’s car to buy.

I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! A lot of the negative reviews on this place are a bit silly. In my experience from this past weekend, if you listen to the salesperson who you are assigned, bring all the documents requested, make appointments, and come fully prepared, you will have an excellent experience just as I did. I placed a 7-day hold on the exact car I wanted, and made an appointment to come test drive it and apply for financing a few days later. I spoke with my salesperson, Jerry Neyland, a few times on the phone before coming in, and he always had the answers I needed. He advised me on what documentation to bring with me, and when I arrived for my test drive appointment Jerry has the car ready for me. We took a quick test drive, I fell in love with the car, and we started the financing application. Since I brought everything we'd need, it was a BREEZE! In total, I was maybe at CarMax for 2 hours maximum. I had been stressing over it all week, only to find out it was all so, so simple. Jerry's customer service is second to none--he was friendly, quick, and understanding. He kept me informed every step of the way, and not once did I feel he was putting pressure on me or trying to "sell" me on anything. CarMax Buena Park gets 5 out of 5 stars for me, and Jerry Neyland gets 6 out of 5 stars! Overall an excellent experience in every regard.

My first interaction with a representative from STG via cel phone did not result in a transaction that met my satisfaction. Some days later I was contacted by a different representative and things went very smoothly. Caesar Q and I reached an agreement that he confirmed by email. I drove down from San Jose with my trade in vehicle and a cashiers check and arrived well after dark. The truck was prepared and ready for me to perform a thorough inspection and test drive. I was inside, outside and under the truck and it was very clean and looked as good as it did in the photos. Caesar was a pleasure to meet and work with. Very friendly and easy to communicate with, he and I shared some similar interests. The paperwork went smoothly and Caesar explained everything about the process as we went along. Great dealership but do not believe the hype on the Mirai! Often impossible to get fuel in the San Gabriel Area. Stations are off line more often than not. It is like living during the oil embargo of the 70's with no end in sight. Spend hours looking for a station, you find one online and wait for another hour, only to experience a mechanical issue. Great car just can't drive it.
