Friendly staff that keep you well informed about the service your vehicle requires. They take a video of your vehicle explaining the condition of your vehicle and what was the cause of my problem with my truck, which was a recall. Service writer Ryan was a great help and got the repairs completed very quickly.

Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! It’s outstanding! Start with the ease of making a service appointment (very), and then the attention that everyone gives you as soon as you arrive, and how they communicate every step of the way, is just refreshing.

I had my car in for an oil change and as I was walking around the showroom a salesman introduced himself to me and asked if he could help me. I told him no that I was just in for service. He understood and offered to answer any questions I may have. Well it turned out I did have a few questions about the Ford escape. Sam Huhn was great! He took almost an hour out of his day to answer all my questions and explain the difference in the model line even though I told him I wasn't in the market at the moment. When I was done with all my questions he smiled and gave me his card and told not to hesitate to call him if I had anymore questions. I was very impressed that he took the time to answer my questions even though I told him I wasn't in the market for a new car. This young man is a credit to the Kennedy organization and when the time comes to purchase a car he will definitely be my salesperson!!

Once again great customer service from Rick and the team at Sloan Toyota. Rick went over my issues with my Tundra explained everything well so I was able to move forward with getting the work completed. Inspection, new tires, brakes, etc. I always receive great customer service from Rick and team which is why I go out of my way and go to Sloan even with having a different dealer closer to my house. I have taken all my vehicles to Sloan for approx 20 years now and always have been satisfied with the service.
