Our service advisor, Jeff, is the man! He always takes great care of me and my 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid. He is always a friendly face that greet us as soon as we arrive. Keeps us in great communication during the day while our cars in service. I always feel confident driving off the lot after my car has been taken care of.

Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I can't say enough about Rhoda Allen and how good she has treated me and my vehicle in the last few years. My last visit was on Nov 4th, and as usual, she got me in and out in an appropriate time and provided me with great customer service. She is one in a million and I can't give her a high enough rating for the experience I have been provided on the many trips for service on my vehicle.

The service was very fast and everything seems fine. However, I expected more from an engine replacement service. Autonation Toyota Winter Park contacted me, they performed an inspection and detected a problem with the engine. Up until then, the procedure was very professional. They offered me a spare car, and the service was very detailed and fast. However, when I received the car, I noticed that they had kept the same engine cover, leaving it dirty. They could have offered a cleaning service or at least the proactivity to clean the engine cover. It would have taken no more than 10 minutes to do it. What could have made the difference between an excellent service turned into a mediocre service. I'm still waiting for a response to my question about the warranty on this new engine, I haven't received any response.

I drove all the way to Winter Park from St Augustine to purchase my vehicle. Mind you there are many other dealerships in between but none match the level of customer service provided by AutoNation. Alejandro was my sales person and I strongly recommend to ask for him by name. He is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicle and is very personable. I am through the roof satisfied?

My wife and I were looking to purchase a Toyota Rav 4, we looked at 5 different Toyota dealerships including the one we previously purchased at. This would have been the 5th car we purchased there, but we felt like they did not care for our business. I then called Central Florida Toyota and spoke with Julio. He was easy to talk to and understood what we were looking for. We then agreed to purchase a 2023 Rav 4, we had a 9am appointment on Saturday the 21st of June. He showed us the car and we really were so so about it, I asked if he had any others and he explained there were 2 others and we asked him to bring the 2024 XLE to show us. My wife and I both love this car and went into the showroom to try to make a deal. The sales manager, Luis, came and introduced himself to us and within 10 minutes we had a deal.
