I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Eli explained what I needed to do and Kristie ended up handeling my services that day and got me in and out within the hour just like she said! I will definitely be back!

The Service Department did a great job during my last visit; oil change, tire rotation, and installed specialty tint to my back windows. I was updated throughout my visit and was sent additional services, cabin air filter, that needed to be replaced. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for all my services.

Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! Purchased at Wilsonville Toyota from Max V. and had a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

Forest, our sales representative was an amazing man. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also very friendly and went out if his way to make sure we knew all about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. He went with us so I could test drive the car and explained all the features and how to work them . Forest even took me around the dealership and introduced me to various employees, showed me where the service and parts departments were and, once again introduced me to the people in those departments. He also showed me where the customer lounge and vending area was along with the free coffee area. Forest introduced me to the finance person who would be serving me. When I compare My experience with other dealerships makes central autohaus an easy and comfortable place to work with. They are an upfront dealerships with fair deals facilitated with no pressure or deception. Check them out you won’t regret it.

I brought a battery purchased a year ago, 2024, that has 84 months of warranty and asked to be tested and if not working assess probation and replaced. Toyota employee asked me to provide proof of purchase. I did not have receipt from a year ago. I asked him to check in his system using car history by VIN. He said each Toyota dealer is different. I did not think the issue was name of the dealer rather the centralised Toyota dealer system dealers use. I mentioned this battery was used just one year with 6 more years to go. He replied he doesn’t care whether purchased a year or many years ago. All they need was proof of purchase. How many people keep receipts for years? If something of big value was purchased, it will be kept as long as needed. Gentleman was not willing to check in Toyotas’ Sysem. I did not appreciate that type of poor customer service. I finally asked him how good/bad my battery was. He told me to take Toyota’s battery to Oreily or Auto Zone and get it checked. Another disappointing comment. Toyota should find constructive solution for its products and parts to its customers. Gentleman should not redirect customer concern to other business like Oreily or Autozone Hopefully, this type of poor customer service will be properly addressed and soon corrected.

I had Robert M as my service representative today and he kept me updated throughout my visit. He worked with me and got the best value for the work that was done. He also pointed out that there were some concerns that I needed to be aware of until my next visit. Robert is an asset to this dealership. I will be back!
