Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! I was greeted, checked in, and given the opportunity to wait onsite or not. The greeter made certain my service issues were captured correctly. I was then handed over to another service employee who ensured I was kept informed of progress and also processed me out upon service completion. All went well in a reasonable amount of time.
