I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

I have been visiting Universal Hyundai for many years with different Hyundai vehicles and have had a handful of service advisors that I have dealt with. I can't say enough about Rhoda Allen and how good she has treated me and my vehicle in the last few years. My last visit was on Nov 4th, and as usual, she got me in and out in an appropriate time and provided me with great customer service. She is one in a million and I can't give her a high enough rating for the experience I have been provided on the many trips for service on my vehicle.

Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! This would have been the 5th car we purchased there, but we felt like they did not care for our business. I then called Central Florida Toyota and spoke with Julio. He was easy to talk to and understood what we were looking for. We then agreed to purchase a 2023 Rav 4, we had a 9am appointment on Saturday the 21st of June. He showed us the car and we really were so so about it, I asked if he had any others and he explained there were 2 others and we asked him to bring the 2024 XLE to show us. My wife and I both love this car and went into the showroom to try to make a deal. The sales manager, Luis, came and introduced himself to us and within 10 minutes we had a deal.
