We worked with Steve who was our salesman. Steve was a genuine, honest, lovely man who just want it to make us happy. He didn’t push anything. He was thorough, helpful, and I felt as though we were treated with respect and kindness and honesty.

Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! The buying process was great. Our salesman was fantastic as well as the finance department. My only gripe is how long it took once we said yes to a vehicle to drive the vehicle off the lot. Once everything is a go, we should not be there for 4 hours to finalize a deal. We should be out within an hour. The finance manager had to walk between 2 buildings multiple times, she should have had an office in the Lincoln building as well. A lot of unnecessary wasted time. Please improve this process, should not be a difficult change.

Geno was very helpful and quick to assist me, and was great at making me feel welcomed. The service appointment itself was quick and thorough, and everything ran smoothly post service.

My battery died when I could not drive for a few weeks. My garden is full of wood working tools plus my car. So I could not jump start and I did not have a battery charger. I called Toyota for help. They assigned one of their home service repair teams who came the following day. They fixed the problem and I was driving my care again. I was very satisfied with their service

Never felt pressured--really appreciated her honesty and patience explaining details of several options we had.
