I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Eli explained what I needed to do and Kristie ended up handeling my services that day and got me in and out within the hour just like she said! I will definitely be back!

New car purchase with a trade in. Pleasant. While initial trade in number was 5K under my number, I made it clear I was comfortable walking away and we got to my number eventually. Do research before hand, and have options outside. I had a couple of brands I would have been happy with. Car buying is a negotiation. I am walking away knowing they made some $ of me but satisfied with what I spent. Team was friendly and helpful. Some of the usual sale stall stuff of "let me check the numbers" where they let you sit and wait, that they all do, but when I shared my time table 15 more minutes or I'm out, we got it done. Test drive solo with gift cards is nice touch. I started the day thinking Lexus, walked out on them when they lied about seats folding all the way down, and ended up with a car with more features, closer to what I originally was looking for, at a substantially lower cost. It was a good day!

Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! Purchased at Wilsonville Toyota from Max V. and had a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

Alex helped me as much as he could and did an amazing job at it. Meaning this is the first time I came to purchase a used car without the help of a co signer. I just purchased (08-2022) a Lexus SC430 with 30,000 miles on it and bought it site unseen. I know that is something you should not do but after reading the Carfax which outlined the care the car has had I felt reasonably confident. I did trust what the sales person re-laid to me about the car. To my surprise the car was better than what I was expecting. It arrived highly detailed and after a 100 mile drive found it to be as presented, if not better than what Joelson Maldonado the salesman presented to me. Excellent follow up to all my inquires. I lived 400 miles away but would buy a car from this dealership again even though they are tough negotiators. But the car was priced fairly compared to others I found on the internet.

Had a great experience here! I saw a car on Cars.com and called on my way out to see it (coming from the city out to St Charles). It took longer than expected to get there and the staff still treated me kindly and not like they were trying to leave. I did my test drive and Bob Pearson helped me-- he was great- informative and he knew I wanted to get the deal done and leave with a new vehicle, having traded in my car. I do feel they could've given another $100 for my trade in- I was $100 over my budget for buying- but honestly, I had been looking for the perfect car for months so I just wanted to be done. I was in and out in under 2 hours and they stayed late to accommodate. Very helpful and friendly and also responsive with follow up- had a sensor light going on, etc. I would recommend!

I enjoyed my experience, the sales rep, managers and finance staff were incredibly helpful. They listened to my questions and we were able to work together to make a deal happen quickly.

It was a slow process but the sales team was able to come to an agreement with me and my wife. I told them it was not simply matter of getting the best deal we could, but that we flexed as much as possible and that the dealership had to adjust to meet our financial parameters which they did. Otherwise we would not have been able to leave with the vehicle.
