Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! They finished within the hour after coming in as they opened. The technician sent me videos of what they serviced and the service advisor kept me up to date with the status of my car. I was also able to get my work day started in their movie theater which was pretty cool and cozy.

We are so happy with our new Telluride from Kia of Clermont! Everyone was very friendly. We had our three younger boys with on the day we purchased and everyone worked hard to make the sales process as quick and smooth as possible! I will say it takes some patience to purchase a Telluride (or any car) in today's market, but Kia of Clermont seemed to get new Tellurides in each week and listened to our must-have's and let us know when a Telluride was available that matched our needs. Charissa and Tyler worked really hard to get us the Telluride that worked best for our family! They both had great communication and weren't pushy. Overall - Really nice facility, good selection and great staff! I highly recommend!

I visited Toyota of Clermont to change my brakes pads for my Toyota Avalon. Before coming to the service the brakes everything was working fine. They told me that they had to reface the routers before changing the pads because that is their policy because if they don’t do that customers would return complaint about noise. Well they created the noise brakes behave after the service I had so much notice coming from the brakes. The cost to get the job done was ridiculous. I am sure that I could have done better job. It makes me wonder if the guys in the service shop really knows what they are doing.
