Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! The battery in my car died. Hsd to get it towed and the good thing is Toyota of Rockwall provided a number to Todd's Towing and their customer service is great, too purchased it used with the original battery. The curtesory van driver picked me up and he was so sweet, kind and attentive. When I mentioned music, he turned on the radio. My wait wasn't long at all because I had the vehicle dropped off the night before. Micky assisted with checking me in and explained the warranty on my battery. I could go many places but Toyota of Rockwall knows how to take care of my vehicle and keep my car running at its best. I believe that new battery gave my gave my vehicle a lot more take-off power and I thought it was quick before. Thank you Toyota of Rockwall for taking care of me by taking care of my car.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I went in with the intention of buying a car, I wanted to get a used but good car from the lot. I was trying to test drive some vehicles but the employee insisted we talk numbers first, that was a bit annoying but i could live with it. Over all the trip was ok and i learned a lot about financing.
