Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

Had an oil and filter changed on my Venza. Was quick service, with no pressure for other supplemental services. I was Satisfied. Will recommend the place.

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

I purchased my 2017 RAV4 in 2021 as a certified used car with very low mileage from Toyota of Bowie. Everything went very well with financing to fit my budget. Everyone at this dealership has been wonderful. My only issue is the fact that dealership maintenance is way too expensive, even for routine maintenance. There is always something that ?needs? to be done even on regular maintenance on a well-maintained vehicle! Unfortunately, I believe that is the case for all dealerships. I at least appreciate that my car has been well-maintained and the employees are wonderful people who explain things well. The facilities are clean and comfortable (if you have to wait). Since I live nearby, the dealership offers me rides to and from for drop-offs and pick-ups. The shuttle service is great! However, when an Uber is needed, it doesn?t always go as well :(

My experience with this dealership was so great . I had an appointment with Mike Davis I came in to do a trade in with my old vehicle because it so messed up . Mike Davis was very patient & took the time to make sure that I left out there in the perfect vehicle . I highly recommend that if you go to passport in marlow heights please see Mike Davis he will make sure all of your needs are taken care of & he will make sure you leave with a smile on your face . I’m so blessed to be able to have had him as my salesperson because he most definitely took care of me & if i wanted to buy another car I would definitely be seeing him again . I have it serviced approximately every six months and when I get it back from the shop, the car runs so much better every time. From beginning to end I have loved my experience. Henry was fabulous in handling my salde. He has a great de.eanor and was very patient. Vincent was superb in how swiftly he had the deal done and was very informative with the options offered. Brandon was super nice in answering my calls in requesting courtesy shuttle and made a point to meet me personally upon my arrival. Everyone else (I did not get their names) were super helpful. What stuck me was how professional the sales staff was and extremely nice, willing to make sure I had my needs met. I have not bought a car in 13 years and have always loathed the process.
