New and used 2025 Toyota RAV4 LE for sale near Waltham, MA

The sales team was easy to work with. The car was waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. Given the current Corona virus crisis, everyone was wearing face masks and hand sanitizer was everywhere to be found. Everyone was kind, courteous, and patient. The finance team made everything straight forward, and we were able to conclude our business and purchased the car in a very short period of time. I'm very satisfied with our purchase experience, and would recommend this dealership.

Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

I met with two salesmen during the course of a week, Jon M and Richard G. Both went over and above when assisting me with the vehicle even at closing time. What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle that I identified and worked with me to get the best price possible. It was a used car and he introduced me to Jeff The manager overseeing that department. What an experience and a very genuine honest individual who educated me on the different vehicles mentioning not only the positive, but also some of the downsides of owning a particular vehicle, including high maintenance costs or gas mileage concerns. In addition to Ron and Jeff. I was very pleased with the finance department in terms of how easy the process was and allowing me to pick and choose which Service plans if any work best for me. Jo and Josiah were awesome to work with. I have owned and purchased a number of vehicles from other dealerships. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. The whole process was awesome and the people there made it so comfortable and easy to purchase a vehicle that I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least give them a try. I had to have a key programmed.. i needed a second one. I had a good experience with my coordination, Nate, from Danvers, MA..He made sure the key was working! He also told me I needed a battery for my old remote! I enjoyed my latte!!! My only beef was the expense of the key, the labor didn?t go up which. I appreciate! I also love the free inspection to see if the auto needed anything. I understand we are all in the same boat with expenses but I feel in this economy, I will have to look for a good cost for myself instead of assuming I?m getting a reasonable deal!

I went to IRA Toyota in Danvers to have them make a recall repair in addition to other things I wanted done,and as always the service from start to finish was outstanding.My customer service representative whose name is Matt was awesome and made sure everything was taken care of from the moment I dropped off my vehicle,to the moment I picked it up.Since they had to keep my vehicle for about a week Matt arranged for a Lyft ride to take me from the dealership to my residence until the rental vehicle they provided was ready for me to pick up.I now have my vehicle back and I?am very pleased as always with the work that was done.Ira Toyota is great and everyone there that I?ve dealt with have always been very professional and knowledgeable.I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or have one serviced.

10 years ago I bought my truck at Ira because of their service department. For 10 years they have proven my decision to be correct. When time comes to buy another truck, I'm going back to Ira.

Service is free but could do better keeping me updated on how long service will take. I was told 1-1/2 hours for service but waited over 3 hours. Would like a physical report on scene as to what services were done and the vehicle's condition.

I came in for routine maintenance on my vehicle. I was greeted quickly and efficiently. Service was done in a timely manner.
