Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

Mark Kitchen, Business Finance Director, stopped by to check how everything was going and then thanked me and my wife for our business. He can always be seen moving around the sales floor checking with people to make sure everything is going right. They are all so personable. I took my car in to Freeman Toyota for service and the folks were all very kind, helpful, and attentive. They even asked if I wanted my car washed! (Jaime did a great job and was very friendly!) Every time I have ever visited Freeman, for any reason, folks actually appear as though they like working at Freeman, and they act like it, too. Almost every time I arrive, I have been met at the door by some friendly fellow. Each of those friendly fellows has welcomed me, and opened the door for me. I've been to quite a few dealerships, in my time - before and after I bought a car from Freeman, all the folks have been really great! My salesmen, James Adu and Sam Scarlett are still very kind. I am so surprised that James still greets me... He KNOWS I'm going to ask him a question or two! He's always been very willing to help me, though! The service folks were all so friendly - Trey Piece, Sherry, Crystal, Mallory, Lonnie, and the really nice fellow who did such a nice job of washing my car, Jaime.
