Our 2nd RAV4 (since 2014) was purchased brand new from Cobb Co Toyota only 3 weeks ago and I’m very pleased with this loaded 2025 xle premium build quality, comfort, tech features and drivability thus far. Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

Price was fair but they did not include the title and taxes in the listing price which would have been helpful. Also, they tried to charge me $1,200 for spiffing up the car but when I took it to my shop, they found that the air filter was filthy. They had said they changed it.

Truly a positive experience. One sales person and sales @ MSRP. Without ridiculous dealer add on's. I was given the price (Maroney label) of the vehicle and that was exactly what I paid. After market products were offered but not demanded, no pressure. My sales person was professional and respectable. I BOUGHT A 2014 USED TOYOTA ON 8/19/25 AND BY 8/23/25, THE TRANSMISSION LOCKED ON 2ND GEAR AND GAVE ME CODE ERROR C1425, THEN IT CLEAR BY ITSELF AFTER TURNING OFF THE CAR BUT THE NEXT DAY IT GAVE CODE ERROR P0304 & C1425. NOW IM IN THE PROCESS OF TAKING THE CAR BACK AND SEE WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO FIND OUT.

On Saturday a.m. I just went through another great 5-star appointment experience at AutoNartion Tempe....from in-depth estimate by the Service Rep to the mechanics to the finance check-out finance staff - it was efficient and professional throughout the process! Overall I was pleased with the sales process. I was happy with the deal and received fair value for my trade-in. Paityn our salesperson was great. I did not receive any high pressure sales pitch. She was courteous, professional and was able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. I'll admit I'm not a fan of sitting through the up sale for the extended warranties, hence the 4 stars for the buying process. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

Started looking for a 2023 Highlander hybrid eight months ago. Tried every single Toyota dealer in the Phoenix area. Only Tommy at Avondale would sell a car at MSRP. We gave him a $500 fully refundable deposit, told him exactly what we wanted, and he stayed with us. Finally our car came through, and the transaction was the smoothest I have ever experienced with a dealer. Fast, efficient, and completely honest. We didn't see anybody but Tommy. He handled everything. Four weeks ago he gave me an oral indication of what our 2019 Highlander would be worth in trade, subject to inspection. He gave us the higher end of what all the bluebooks said the car was worth in trade, and THOUSANDS more than Tempe Toyota offered. And he honored the price when he saw the car for the first time when we consummated the transaction. My wife drives nothing but Toyotas and we will never buy one from anybody but this dealer and this man.
