New and used 2025 Toyota RAV4 for sale near Adrian, MI

Had my car in for it’s first service. Everything went well and was out of there under an hour. Service coordinator helped me out on an apple car play issue I was having. Good experience with the service team.

Excellent car, excellent service. I have a custom built RAV4 Limited so I paid a bit more than the MSRP for a standard RAV4 but it was worth every cent. This is my first SUV and my third Toyota. I really can’t say enough good things about it. It’s about the same size as most compact SUVs but it has plenty of room inside and is quite comfortable. The features are unreal. It does everything except drive itself but it will stop itself if you’re about to hit something. :) I’ve only had it about a month but based on my other Toyotas I hope I’ll have this one years to come. I gave my 2003 Camry to a friend and it is still running!

Steve was great, I live 50 miles away so did most of the discussion by text , when my first desire wasn't attainable he followed up without pestering hoping to provide something I wanted and eventually I got a good deal on a great vehicle I'm happy with , I've only had it 2 days but I'm confident I bought a great SUV and the good people at Germain Toyota of Dundee will take care me going forward. Steve was great to deal with although he did include an extended warranty to the bottom line that was never discussed, I didn't ask for, and didn't want, (every car salesman I've ever dealt with has done this, I'm starting to think it's required of them),I made it clear I wasn't interested and he removed it and that was the end of it, he was never pushy about anything Steve and many other people at this dealership were patient and accommodating with me .I didn't make it easy on them with my lack of tech skills and trouble getting my down payment together. I appreciate everyone I encountered there, they were all great, they were helping each other to help me, had a good feeling about Steve when dealing on the phone and when I went there in person I left with a good feeling about the whole operation ,unlike others ,I did a lot of shopping around and glad I landed where I did.

This is my third RAV4. I like the comfort of it and the smooth ride. It's a hybrid and gas mileage has been excellent. I would recommend it.

Excellent customer service! I was always informed of the progress as it was being completed.

My 30K maintenance was a breeze. I waited in their clean and comfortable waiting room while my car was serviced. I could track progress on the monitor in that room. Everyone was friendly and efficient.

Everyone I worked with was terrific. Team effort and knowledge was also impressive. I never once felt pressured during the search and they were very patient and thorough in responding to my questions. No macho b.s, of any sort, I was respected through the whole process. I’d been looking, pricing and saving for two years. I also made sure I was ready with what I wanted and with my questions when I finally walked into the showroom/salesroom. Great people all around.

I really enjoyed interacting with Lamont. He is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, and an excellent representative for the service department and thus the dealership in general. He deserves 5 stars for sure.
